There is a unfinished IC-based game from the same dev (might be mentioned in this tread), other games like that (and renpy) maybe adultking's man best friend. RPG you would find more, mostly from Japan. Try "latest Updates" and search for bestiality and your prevert tags/engine etc.

Great game, the animations, the models, what one asks for when looking for bestiality...
The story is good for the bottom line.

The only thing I don't understand is why there is an epilogue, but it doesn't exist in the game.
