This is a very short event where you peep on Quinn while she showers on the very beginning of the game. I would say, at your ingame time it might not be possible to get this scene any more, as you might already be able to join Quinn in the shower. But I'm not 100% sure. You can watch it, when you use the version-load-function.
Yes, there are unfortunately some "artifacts" at the end of each loop of many animations for some people (me also). Others seemingly don't see them at all. My guess, is, that this is dependent on the used graphics card whether one sees this artifacts or not, but I'm not sure. I personally use a laptop with an integrated Intel graphics chip.

I deleted everything in the AppData Godot Drv file and that fixed my problem

How should someone help you if you don't provide a crash log, Windows Event report or a dxdiag report after the game crashes?

We need the complete log file not a part of it.
Somewhere in your user's hidden AppData folder should be a folder named "Godot" and inside of it a DrV folder with the game log file. Upload the file.

Do you have the latest gpu driver v516.59 (2022.6.28) installed?
Launch the game and wait until it crash. Afterwards open "dxdiag" and create a report -> upload the file. Please don't copy and paste the content of the file, simply upload the it as a .txt file!

Some weird shit happening with game - I hadn't played for a while and went in to check I'd got to the end of the 14.0 - when I click on replay events it's empty - as in all events say not completed, then I checked on my saves and I can see the ones I've made but when I click on them they open the Patreon page in a new browser tab... any ideas what's going on?
I can't seem to unlock Events 285,287,288 and 305 onwards. I've been palying through several in-game weeks now to no avail, any help?

I think, it is still the same.
Not as such, that they trigger only on ingame-day XYZ or max. on day XYZ or that you have to complete them within XYZ days. But there may be quests, that start 1 or 2 days or at the weekend after you have finished another quest.
EDIT: There may be one shower scene in the replay-menu, that is only available, if you see it until a certain quest status. Not sure, whether this is still the case or not. But this is a rather short scene and rather a little bug.
