The lesbian scene happened before he had any sexual involvement with anyone. Unless you consider all female characters in a game as love interests - which would be very limiting to the story.

Not really. I think you may have a misconception based on incomplete information that gets tossed around. While lesbian sex is at times the most popular genre, it has actually never been for men. It is one of the top three for women.

That is strictly speaking for porn, once you get into games and VNs that number falls even more. There have been some studies and surveys that peg the distribution around 70-30, 70 being the percentage of men that think that the act of sex is what counts as cheating. Inversely almost exactly 70 percent of women consider emotional attachment as cheating. Hence the trope of its just exploring my sexuality and not cheating.

On top of that, MC, showed interest only after certain events happened(the prologue, and the lesbian orgy and the promise that he would get a harem)...until then he was more interested in the coming of age and the whole deal around that event (including the disappearing of his classmates)...
PS: i don't care what my girlfriend does BEFORE she met me, i care that she won't cheat while she is in a relationship with me...(possibly while she avoids to talk about her exes and previous fuckbuddies <- because it would be awkward and sickening as hell)

it is more because of the setting than anything else. The main LIs (the banner girls) are having sex with each other before they become a LI for the MC, but to accomplish that they have to drug the MC because reasons. Then the MC gets informed of this and that he will be allowed to have sex with them but it is more like he is the odd man out. There have been some rewrites so I don't know the current state of the plot but the original vibe was that it wasn't your harem, more like you were a part of the harem if that makes any sense. Funnily enough it makes sense because the plot tells of a world controlled by women, but it also means that the MC has cero say in this events. It is like -Hey little boy you are meat for our pleasure and you play by our rules-.I don't understand... there are other games with girl-on-girl action although there is a male protagonist and nobody is complaining but here the rambling goes on and on... Why?

I think the issue some are having is that the MC dose not have at this point in time any control over the harem and the girls will just do as they please. Thats my two cents.

The girl-on-girl actions happened before the MC was aware of his "duties".
(The MC was drugged before by the government as well with a lust inhibitor. So no interest in girls in my opinion.)

Do we finally get an option to stand up for the MC and show any type of displeasure about being drugged?

yep...he gets mad...before this new release, he tried to leave the society(without success bc his ID-card only allows him to go to school or back home...so even IF he wanted to leave, he had to wait the coming of age) but then he took a night to think, talked with Samantha and Susan(where they apologize)...and decided for the time being to stick to their plans(aka, training for the coming of age)I have a question for the ones that have played the latest version (ch1p1).

in this new release, MC gets mad, but the reason is mostly the drugging and it got watered down(like the drugging happens only once, plus the fainting hit that Samantha gives to MC...then the sexy-mood is killed, and they go back to sleep) but MC still takes a day to think about the secrecy and the drugging...Samantha takes the full blame...because it's the truth, she sort of induced Susan to have that lesbian orgy night in the prologue...the rest of it is known...

Yeah but the NTR thing is because they can't control the harem. I guarantee that if the MC was able to call them out on the issue and take control none would have thought of calling it NTR. It is a power game thing. I will sound like a total asshole but it is all about controlling your "bitches" and "allowing" them to do things.
