Wouldn't you mean the 5th Serpent?
And why do I hope that Floaty will be added to the game, full canon and so.
If hope didn't want to add unicorns and so on, at least he could let us keep Floaty.

Felt a bit nostalgic so watched the first Godfather movie last night.

When I came upon the following scene, my mind was like;

'Damn. Would be really cool to see a gathering of the 5 Families like this in DeLuca.

Cordia seated on one of the chairs (along with other Dons), Wilfred seated behind her, & behind them stands "Serpent" & the MC.
Other Dons also are seated & they have their best enforcers/bodyguards with them, with each of the other Don's enforcer/bodyguards trying to get a stare down with "Serpent" (who is standing as he is, looking indifferent to it all), the MC feels the chilly yet heavy, tense vibe in the air.'

Yes, it was from a Patreon update which also got posted here. It's from a mission to "save" Eiza's sister. Which will be in the next update.

Luna vs redhead assassin is in-game preview or fan work / special render?

Most likely in-game preview I think (probably just before MC goes on the Eiza's sister rescue mission with the team. Bet Luna's pissed off that she can't go and is taking it out on Eiza, who she blames for putting MC in danger again).

With exception of Ciri Cosplay, I purposely tried to arrange the uploading of the images so special renders are first for a lot of them (though looking at it again, I think Gracie in that bikini is probably a special render too. Guess I messed up there ).

Just saw that a Forum Moderator has edited my previous upcoming update pics reply, by grouping them under "Spoilers", & asked me to always hide them with Spoilers tag always.

I mean personally I have no problem with doing that & I'm definitely not criticizing the moderators in any way, but I am scratching my head a little bit because I made a similar post once before without spoiler tags (back then someone actually requested images of the upcoming update), & that wasn't edited or warned at that time.
