Hello, I have the same problem.

My way was to delete all files and make a clean install. This works for me.

This was really good, I enjoyed all the abuse kind of stuff (bit of a shame there were no flashbacks to the mother getting broken in by the uncle)... Lucy is my clear favourite, but Sam earnt a lot of points by suggesting a breeding schedule for the girls in the house.

I like how it has different routes, but constantly being told you'll miss out on scenes and things'll go bad if you keep being a jerk does put a dampener on stuff... but I'm hoping it'll all work out in the end though. I did also explore a more balanced path... I'll leave the beta one until it's complete and so that hide the key path is in there and I can do those together.

It never happened to us, i guess it's a bug or the scene is missing for incest/patreon reasons maybe!?

If your save was from v0.04 or v0.04b (on certain paths), it's possible the save may not work. Saves from v0.04c should work regardless of path. I do apologize for this, but as the game is technically still in early development release, these problems can occasionally occur.

That's an odd thing to happen. There's only one version of the game and no patches are ever needed. You should be able to get all content.

Some people have had issues which were fixed by deleting and redownloading the game.

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\renpy delete the folder TheFosters, then the game will start.

I don't know man, I would normally be down for the good (beta) path, but damn is the MC stupid? Sending his mom to prison would be the worst thing he could do if he really wants to help her. The MC would be forcing his mom to live at a place full of uncle Carson's (and worse) for a few years, not to mention that shit would be following her outside of prison as well.

Can someone link to me or tell me about the alpha choices vs beta? Not sure if alpha means big controlling male or if beta means soft and submissive type? Any help appreciated

It's more a flavor thing. 'Alpha' route is just the MC spouting some mean comments and not knocking on doors. There's no real consequence except for perhaps a few missed scenes. The LI's in the story do most of the instigating for sex anyways.

Of note is that the 'beta' route is behind in content to the 'alpha' route. Some 'beta' choices are also unavoidable. I'd reckon most people are doing a 'sigma' playthrough where they utilize the WT so they get the most content in one run.

Try playing with the Walkthrough enabled, you can enable the In-Game Walkthrough at the beginning of Chap 1.

I'd recommend against this if you want to commit to the 'alpha' or 'beta' route.

With the WT you'll end up with a 'balanced' playthrough because the WT will be constantly telling you that you will miss scenes.

I haven't tried dates with all of the girls yet (i.e., reloading and asking a different girl for a date), but I really enjoyed both of the dates I chose (Julia on a "super-alpha" playthrough) and Maria on a beta playthrough. FYI, _13_, on the Maria one I found that dialogue gets repeated. Before the date, the MC can stop by and discuss his Maria handjob dream with her. He then also talks about what he's learned about Big John, Uncle Carson, and his mother. I then had the date with Maria, and after the hot tub handjob (sounds like a bad porn title actually) he also talks about the same revelations he discussed with Maria earlier. You might want a little logic added there to exclude some of that if it's already been seen.

Yeah, sorry about that duplication. That's a scripting error on my part. It'll be fixed for whatever the next release is. I might have also done a similar mistake with how Maria talks about the lunch food regardless of whether the date is with her.
