There are not consequences YET for failing 3 times. In order to not fail, the girls have to like you, to like you you need to clean a girls room, a room associated with them OR open your ass to them. OR if you have the girlfriend enabled then on the second meeting Montana suggests letting them open your girlfriends ass, if you go to each girl and give permission they absolutely love you and you don't really need to worry about being kicked out, unless you are utterly useless at cleaning duties.
