You can cheat to increase Anna's relation by using the cheat menu via the phone icon on the top right. This is only available with the walkthrough mod.

As of right now there is no true sharing route. Choosing to share will just change some scenes you see while exploring.

You probably already passed it, but helping him lets you share Karen with him during some scenes. It does not lead to NTR.

You can increase her relation by visiting her at certain times during the day. Otherwise, you can use the cheat menu.

The pregnancy does show in the game. Only the endings have pregnant sex though, I think.
