Wow this game has a lot of potential, I thought with the use of those pesky models from Illusion that this was going to be another clone or game like Glassis with low quality models but boy was I wrong...

A couple of quick bug reports:
(1) On Sunday afternoons, if you can click on the gym changing room door, you can then get changed and coach a sports lesson.
(2) On week-nights, you get a standard message about whether the girls are studying, if Miss Potts controlled her class etc, and your discipline and grade scores are changed. On Saturdays, you don't get this message - which makes sense, as there aren't any classes at the weekend. But on Sunday nights, you do get the message/ score change.

I certainly hope this is the direction the game goes in. For example, the current School Rules say that girls who fail a uniform inspection should be given the opportunity to go and change. I expect that in future you'll simply be able to confiscate the offending clothing and tell the girl to go to class half-naked. (Or fully naked, I don't mind...)
Of course, that's the advantage of having a school in an isolated location where the girls aren't allowed to leave. They probably aren't able to simply pop into the nearest supermarket and pick up some new underwear if their current undies are confiscated. Or if they happen to get turned blue in the wash...
Also, one of the future school rules (not implemented yet, but you can see it during the Friday meetings) is that students doing a public punishment could be ordered to wear a punishment outfit so they are more identifiable. I'm looking forward to a punishment outfit that consists of their school tie... and absolutely nothing else

Hey, hey! You cannot let them go and change, after all they have to attend classes. So off with offending clothes.
- Further disciplinary acts demand they are escorted to the office, right after.
- Headmaster got better things to do than patrolling school grounds all day long (not that I mind...).
- Since teachers are occupied headmaster has the burden to discipline.
To be changed asap, recommend voting for this first!
You're right, it's tragic when coloured pieces of clothing are washed with underwear. Since it's a school there are public washing machines for use. Should not happen but I can see this coming... Responsible behaviour starts with routine tasks.
As far as dress code goes:
- I am very much for specialised outfits, even hooker dresses for humiliation. One week should be enough for starters.
- So lingerie, high heels, stockings, a collar... to embarass and prevent future wrong doing of course. Did I mention high heels??
*Sigh* All those responsibilities...

No seriously, it's a good start, the dev team did positively surprise. I still consider it 'demo level' because some locations have no gameplay value and not all chars are in. But what is done is very promising indeed.
Adding some more teachers with background stories to find out about would be fun. I believe the school is quite understaffed with only a handfull of them. Perhaps next time Yakuza Yoshi is bringing with him another 'professional' (biology, sex ed?), and an offer the player cannot deny (general key for security locks, also hidden basement entry). And a visit from former students as 'motivation' for the headmaster would be pretty nice too.
There are so many possibilities to make education great again...

I would consider this game to have reached a major turning point and to no longer be a demo once the story has progressed to where the Headmaster either has a concrete plan of how to make the decency prude no longer an obstacle to his method or where he has begun to seriously undermine her in the eyes of other teachers or take her authority away.Actually the last words the former headmaster also said. Yeah, I got you, kinda the 'dark secret' revealed... but I think this might be too far into the story, the heckling may go on for a time. No, once the school grounds (and the village maybe?) are open for exploration it is the game intended. Finally the stage is prepared for the play.
