Are you referring to the students when you say Millenials? Because they're not. Even if we assume the game is set when the first version came out (and the description on the OP specifically says it's set in the not too distant future), the girls would have been born in 2000. And although the boundaries of when exactly a generation starts or stops is somewhat nebulous, a Google search shows the definition for Millenials seems to have settled to people born between 1981 and 1996.

If a generation is the range of years people were born, can you not subtract those endpoints of that range from the current year and get the age range of the people of that generation?
For example: 2021 - 1981 = 40 and 2021 - 1996 = 25, so Brichouse's description of Millenials as mid-20s to near 40 would be accurate, no?

Sort of, but the age range changes depending on what year it is. It is far more accurate to refer to when they are born, not an age range, which always changes.
We are talking about the game, which doesn't take place in this year, but the future, so no, those ages are not accurate.

There is no real bondage in this game, no.
But while the "B" in "BDSM" is usually expanded to bondage, "BDSM" is not a monolithic fetish but a buffet of playthings to pick from, and not everybody puts everything on his platter, so neither bondage, nor dom-sub, nor sadomasochism are individually needed to be BDSM, only some of them have to be there.
Also, despite many games catering to that, not everything has to be taken to its logical extreme to be included in/to satisfy a fetish. You can have DS roleplay (IRL, in game it may be real but the game is the roleplay) in your bedroom, in your whole house, or be parading each other around on a leash in the streets. All BDSM.
So in essence, this is BDSM, even without bondage, but you'll probably not find what you are looking for. Though of course only that Gen X guy knows for sure what will and won't happen.

BDSM is probably not the main fetish of the game but to say there is no BDSM in the game is nonsense. To say there is nothing in the game because it doesn't have much in the way of one specific aspect of one fetish is also nonsense. Why come attack something other people like because you have such specific masturbation requirements?
Also, there is no need to grind in this game. That only happens when you keep repeating the same action over and over again expecting different results. Just follow the quest log and vary your actions, it's not rocket science. There's also a cheat menu that lets you cut out the grind entirely.
Yes there is content other than spanking in this game, and it takes some time to get to, but it does focus primarily on spanking and discipline as its fetish.
