This isn't like Lab Rats 2, which is in its situation mostly because Vren keeps messing with the mechanics to get them right because he's not used to the format, he's used to the more linear approach Lab Rats 1 took. What Altos is doing is laying the foundation for things that, from a behind the scenes standpoint, could prove to be much more work than usual. Things that take a much larger amount or more complex coding tend to be better done in stages, which is what we are seeing here. Also, I am going to have to disagree on the small text, I REALLY don't want to see a Headmaster 2 take the Lab Rats 2 route except under one condition, no characters from Headmaster 1. Lab Rats 2 does that and their appearance is one of the most common complaints in the entire game because they look nothing like their already established appearance from Lab Rats 1. With a procedural generation system creating the characters, the game would generate students based on random combinations of assets, including preexisting characters.

I already upgraded Chang's science facilities but It is not listed as completed on the quest log, anyone know what to do?
Might need to talk to her, or maybe hire the assistant? Can't remember for sure...

She doesn't come to see me at all, I've probably done well over a hundred days since finishing the pool and probably 40-50 since I finished the cafeteria.

Talk to Miss Chang in her class at evening, she may ask for assistence.
Call Samatha by phone in office and ask her searching for an assist for Miss Chang ( wait some days ask Samatha again for the assist, she will offer 2 persons.)
If you employ Trixie - talk to Miss Chang in the evening, she demand an other person -> call Trixie the next day and make her dance teacher and call Samantha to employ the other -> talk to Miss Chang in the evening , she will be glad you found the right assist for her and give you a vote for rule changings.
Or....
If you don´t employ Trixie, (she will meet you in the evening again offering blowjob and you can give her the dancing teacher job) -> talk to Miss Chang, she will be glad for the right assist and give you 1 voting point for next rule changes.

But the best is to play the game all scenes trough by yourselves, not to miss some not replayable scenes. To play is really more fun than only replay not played through scenes. You can beleave in the words of an old yedi master, who is playing this game from the first release beta until today.

You can check in the replay menu (top right at the map) to see if you missed some scenes or not.
It is the best way to play, especially since IMO the game has some (one of the) best story and dialogues of all games in this site. Not some crappy, cringey, and cheap porn scripts.
