The Interview is more of a pet project for us that we'll be working on when time permits. Taking our animations out into the real world so to speak.
Sadly, creating content for branching story lines is out of the question, we just don't have time for that.
Or it would be minutes of dialogue over 2 or 3 images. Yeah, no...

Correct me if I'm wrong but kinetic novels are supposed to be no choice right? If so how can old saves not work as there should be no variables to affect either?

i might be wrong but the haved changed from a newer Renpy version to an older version, and this could be the reason why the old saves do not work.
But considering at the moment it's still a short game I cannot really see why you can't fast forward to where you were originally with the game.

And I was only having a wild stab in the dark over your save issue.Well you can kind of designate Jason as MC of this game...allows you to continue the game with another batch of girls once this specific "Interview" is concluded, should you so wish.We actually tried that, but had to stick with multiple protagonist instead.

We went from the most recent RenPy version to one from last year because we had too many issues with the latest one.
So that's why old saves probably are no longer working.
Sadly, the game is still pretty short right now, but that also makes it easy enough to fast forward.

You never know.
We have the general script idea for what's going to happen, but nothing's really written yet, or rendered.
There needs to be a scene where Bibi talks to Adrian while she's being... handled.
That's just the way it is. Tough shit for Adrian.
Should have put in a bit more effort to nip this whole thing in the butt. Lazy prick...

Focus on what you do well. Too many projects get derailed/burned out by creators getting hung up on content that's outside their wheelhouse. A proof-of-concept KN could easily lead to partnerships/collaboration that would allow a true dynamic narrative. Impressive visuals (particularly the animations as you accurately highlight), yawn-ish premise/setup but that can be overcome by strong enough visuals/h-scene direction , but the ghost-in-the-room perspective is different at least. Keep up the good work. Downloading now, will report back with further thoughts on this update.

i think you guys do really good animations and there is nothing wrong with a good kinetic novel. You've got what looks like a nice little straight up NTR story going here. There aren't a lot of those with the quality visuals that are in this game. I wouldn't change anything.
Though I will say that the "mystery NTR" stuff can be very effective too. There are quite a few NTR games where you play through as the dopey boyfriend or husband kinda stumbling around and getting a glimpse or inkling something may be going on (NTRman does a really nice job with this). Like the kind of stuff you mentioned where the BF is talking to the girl while she is doing something. Then after you play through to see exactly what was happening with the girl or in this case girls. It doesn't have to be separate playthroughs though you can just show one first, and then switch POV.
Anyway nice start hope you get to see it through and think about making more stuff in the future
