I mean from one marginalized group to another you have to just learn to shake it off and not pay these people any heed. The most racist people in the world are usually the most self-righteous. Just block them and move on with your life once they realize they don't affect you and you don't care about their BS opinions they will be forced to give up and move on to the next person.
As far as the rest goes I don't think you are milking your patrons you have obviously put a ton of effort into writing a story the game is not my cup of tea as my review indicated. For me, it's more of a story with a few pictures rather than what I expect from a VN also not enough porn or fucking but it's ultimately your game to do with how you see fit.

I haven't reached the latest update yet but I completely lost my interest in Liv. She clearly cares more about Teagan than mc. She only decided to go to island because of hope for a teagan's treatment. I think Teagan cares more about mc then Liv which is weird considering Liv claimed how much she loved him. Teagan was willing to go to island for mc even at her state. Katie, Maria and Alice all better than Liv anyways so nothing of a value lost
Liv obviously cares for MC, but she's also clearly upset of what he did. Or rather, what she thinks he did. She didn't know where he was or if he even was alive, only that he got into a car and left. And when she discovers that he's been on an island all this time, she assumes that he fled when he was most needed. But once she knows more context of his departure and with a little push from Teagan (now she didn't want to go because of being mad at him, but because of having to take care of Teagan), she ends up changing her mind.

The problem is that even when she learn about the context and the danger mc is in, she still didn't want to go because she wanted to stay with Teagan to take care of her in her house while Teagan wanted to go to island and risking her life for mc even tho she is a cripple now. Now tell me which one of these girls cares more about mc? Again MC's life is in danger while Teagan basically stays at the home yet Liv wanted to stay with Teagan. It's obvious that Liv cares more about Teagan than mc. She was obsessed with her with her since the start. You cannot dispute that at all according to what we saw. Also hell even mc's step-sister is willing to put her life on the line for mc. If not Teagan's hope of recovery Liv would've stay at home watch movies and shit lol. MC doesn't need people who thinks babbysitting a person is more important than literally fucking life on mc. Like dude is in life or death situation while Liv wants to babbysit rather than paying couple hundreds bucks for a social service to take care of Teagan and try to save the man who is supposed to be love of her life. You can say 'muh she feared if something happens to her, teagan will be alone

MC is Doctor manhattan: he can will countless armies of himself,
he can will a cure into any body, he can make a girl melt for him,
he can have his enemy burst in thin air - yet he is not even practicing all these amazing powers
even after even we are told point blank MC makes the clones of himself, clones so deadly they
manage to kill him every now and again. This is watchmen if the most OP character
was a nobody, not willing to learn, not willing to evolve, not willing to follow anyone
who could lead him into getting his super sayian on and make a better world for himself.
The girls are loose canons, they are always very much aware of the godlike powers of MC, they have seen his ruthless clones kill countless antagonists, MC has been always kept hidden while his deadly clones have been killing senselessly for decades. They all come home to kill MC,
like in The One with jet li, where we have to exact opposite, one guy wants to be the only one like the highlander and is hunting the other dimensional hims all over the cosmos. MC is always captive somewhere and the clones always come looking to kill him. So the girls are aware MC is a wacko, like the Jack cluseau demented game of cat and mouse with his servant where they keep beating eachother up all over the place. No girl wants to be in the middle of MC wars with himself.

Now I don't remember if we know what really happened to Teagan, but Liv blames him for that. She said so when they were discussing about whether to go to the island: "I won't leave you behind to look for him. Not after what he did to you." In her mind (and MC's too), he did something that caused Teagan to be in a wheelchair, then got into a car and disappeared for a month. Anyway, as I'm writing this I think Liv's refusal was more about going along with Anna's plan than not wanting to go to the island to find him. She is mad at him, and probably has some pseudo tsundere act in her personality, but it's undeniable that she cares a lot about the MC. Like seeing her reaction when Skipper wouldn't tell her if he was alive, or when Green calls him a psycho. Or that she's been prioritizing his search over taking care of Teagan ("She just got released from the hospital, and now she has to get used to the fact that she's in that chair for life. And instead of supporting her, I've been chasing a ghost for two days").
And don't get me wrong, I'm 100% Team Katie and I have no preference for Liv, but questioning how she feels about the MC seems absurd to me.
None of the things you write doesn't change the fact that she cares Teagan's well-being more than MC's life. Again even Teagan was ready to go the island put her life in danger for mc at her state while Liv certainly didn't want to because of she wanted to take care of mc instead of going to island to save mc. But I never said she doesn't have feelings for mc. You literally cannot dispute the fact that Liv prefered to stay with Teagan and take care of her rather than go to the island to save mc even tho she learned that MC's faces a serious danger. Even you write a book about it, you just cannot change this fact. I don't know why do you try to argue with a fucking fact is beyond me at this point
Also aside from that even if MC actually cause the accident that made Teagan use wheelchair, it still doesn't change anything. Let's say this way: If your SO that you love so much cause an accident that a close friend of yours ended up in a wheelchair and you know your SO's life is in danger. Would you say 'Ehhh fuck him . I would rather take care of my friend since my SO caused for her being in a wheelchair'? If you say this you literally put another person's well-being in front of your SO's life. That's a fact. A FACT. No matter how much you are angry to your SO, how can you justify not drop everything and save his/her life ?
Also you have to be blind to not see Liv's obsession about Teagan since day 1. Again now it's a fact that she priotize Teagan's well-being over MC's life. This doesn't mean she doesn't love mc but facts are facts. You have to be blind to not see her obsession towards Teagan. But we didn't know that her obsession was this extreme that she rather take care of Teagan than saving mc's life. Now we know. That's why I said her character kinda ruined for me. Not that I claimed she doesn't love mc at all. But she obviously have some priorities that led me disslike her and don't think she is good for mc. I would even want Teagan ends up with mc rather than Liv

Thing is, is MC life in danger? Liv is told that he's been used as some sort of pawn (more like a trojan horse) in a dispute between his mother and an entity that supposedly lives in the island where he went. Furhermore, she knows how of a strange being he is, capable of regenerate wounds automatically if he doesn't realize of the fact itself. So, nothing life-threatening.
She's so mad at him for what happened to Teagan, he himself told her in that message he left before he disappeared (something like "I fucked up" or "it was my fault"), so I wouldn't judge her if she preferred to take care of their crippled little sister figure before find him. But for me that's neither like that because of what I said before, I think Liv didn't want to go to the island with Anna, not going to the island per se (she and Green kept Skipper when they left Anna in the restaurant, after all). There was an ego dispute between them, and only Teagan's ultimatum made Liv concede.
And she being obssesed with Teagan? Perhaps, it could also be more of an overprotective attitude than an obsession, but eh I'm not gonna deny it. I'm not trying to change your vision of her, just that I didn't felt what you said when I read that part of the story.
