Two things might have gone wrong:
- the app is quarantined by Gatekeeper because it's from an unknown developer;
- the executable inside the app might have lost its execute permission during unzipping
To remove the quarantine, type "xattr -d com.apple.quarantine " and drag the app again into the window. Hit enter. Quarantine should now be removed.
To check the second case, you need to look into the contents of the app: right click on Game app, pick Show package contents. Navigate to /Contents/MacOS/. Inside that folder you'll see a file nwjs. That file should be a Unix executable. If it's anything else, it has lost its execute permission.
To fix this, start Terminal and type "chmod a+x " without the quotes at the prompt and drag the file inside the Terminal window. Terminal will fill out the path for you. Again mind there is a space between the command and the path. Hit enter. The file should now be executable.
As a general precaution, make a duplicate of the app first before changing its attributes or permissions.

Start it again. May be required to do that a couple of times. It may also be that the screen goes blank in the first minute. If so, hold fn and press F5 to restart the game completely.
This is, unfortunately, something regular and is caused by RPGM, not the game itself. This can happen to ALL RPGM MV games.
When the game runs more than 1 minute, it's safe to go on and play the game!
The ren-py Version was never from the developer himself, but from a Fan, who decided to not continue with the project. I don't even know how often that was already answered in this thread.

In the evening after finishing work in the warehouse, if you go North in the business district you will find a trigger point, actually there are 2 scenes the second the next day.
Yeah, that's what I expected, but I'm there after work and nothing happens. It is in the save 49 that I left before

What enchancment have you arrived at? Maybe it's too early before the scenes start...

Fun game but like a lot of these corruption games no subtley or slow burn...anticipation is a BIG part of the turn on, for me anyway I guess some people have no patience which i'm not arguing with just giving my opinion as an Erotic/Lewd Writer, slow it down a bit guys its more fun that way...It gets a boring fast when the story starts leaping from one unbelievable extreme sex scene to another and the protaganist just sounds like a porn bot, that bit with her panties after the shower in the basement is just nasty , not hot 
and dear lord her Boyfriend is such a *Bleep*...Still the beginning is fun before it gets too ridiculous and the art is good...Not bad but watch out for soft locks and save your game constantly in differant slots.
(This is just my opinion, I'm not knocking anything...whatever floats your boat, I mean atleast she puts up more of a fight than *Corrupting Jennifer* and *Lida*)

Thanks, but that's not it. Tried it with 80 and 85 but it doesn't happen. On developer save 35 he only has 79 and if it occurs. I guess I'm missing something that I haven't done, but I don't know what it is.

I have tried it two ways and succeeded in both, if you don't succeed I will attach a save file that will take you to the trigger point of the scene, but I would like you to try it yourself first, following step by step.
Slot 35 the game starts on the choice of having given yes or no to the potion, so go ahead obligatorily, until the end of the scene with Donnie and the neighbour.
Then go to work and follow the WT of the game which says:
Day 1
Talk to Nate
work at the desk in the morning
work with Polly ***
Lunch - Chi-Chi's or O'Shannon's
Warehouse - Kabir
Night - go home for Donnie's scene
- check out the storefront in the northern business district for the missing girl subplot.
***Here's a little mistake here if you don't talk to Michael first you can't trigger Polly and then if you trigger Polly she asks you to go to her house at night before you go home, so you don't trigger the scene with Donnie like the WT says.
I did this: up to that point I followed the WT and instead of working with Polly I went back to my desk, then follow the WT again, so:
Lunch - Chi-Chi's
Warehouse - Kabir
As soon as you leave work head north of the business district you'll find the missing girl's trigger point first scene, the next day the second scene.
Finally go home to Donnie's scene.
Thank you for your answer, but I think I have not explained myself well. With save35 from the developer, I have no problem getting the scene to happen.
I have the problem with my save and I think that despite having all the enchantments, I have lost something along the way, but I don't know when or if I will be able to get them back without having to start the whole game from the beginning. In my save I only have one potion (in save35 he has two), when I talk to Nate he keeps telling me that he is going to talk to Jay (in save35 he says that I already talked to him) and when I talk to the prostitutes they don't mention "the missing girl"
