Personally I always revert to a more tame image because I always interpreted that event as having further reaching consequences (I hoped it was implemented that way anyway, how you appear to Headoffice should matter... don't leave a paper trail!), you are there to improve the companies profitability after all, if you succeed then the head honchos might/should turn a blind eye to any complaints your staff might make about your behaviour (bear in mind people not affected by the gas would see those adverts too).Only for the company's image,otherwise the company's revenue will fall. Dude!!! Read the OP! there are no "nice" routes yet, the closest we have are a couple of teasing scenes that hint at what the "nice" routes will be like, but ultimately choosing "nice" options just means closing of interactions with those characters.
No, it's not a bug... It's a plot hole. AFAIK Horizontical has not developed anything to see her at home other than the cameras.

... though I admit I'm curious how "nice" would manifest in this environment... Technically I think "nice" would be reporting the whole mess to the appropriate authorities leaving the MC with nothing but blueballs as all the women are taken to safe recovery areas since any sex with any of them would be considered under the influence of a roofie (aka "not nice")
