I like to try that game, but it is an Installer/Launcher and I'm sure you are trustworthy, but I still do try to avoid those.
I wanted to ask if there is a version available which only needs to be unpacked, like with most of the other games.
It was said, that the newest version will not require an internet connection anymore, therefore a standalone/unpacked version should be possible.

The installer is just like a zip, you can even check the .bin files that contains all the files and run a virus scan on it.
The devs are using installers because it makes it easier for people to handle all everything it never had anything to do with internet connection.
But I have talked to the devs and they might do a zip in the future, but for real there is no difference if you know how these things work.
I have not been able to find this in a search - is it a known issue that the mac game doesn't seem to save? I'm new to it, but left click doesn't do anything and right click lets me name it but never moves past that.
