If you use my 0.43 save it will work, I tested it.
Just make sure you load up the one with Billy's path in the save name
and start from step 894 of the walkthrough

I did manage to make a crack...

But it's "messy". I mean really "messy".

It "works"... But I have no idea how I managed to make it work.

I cant load still, cant "connect to patreon" and when I start new game, the inventory is stuck on screen and pressing I or clicking inventory is not getting rid of it. Any solution?

Double check the version of the game you are playing. that issue is always an indication of you using the wrong crack for the version of the game you are playing with.

EDIT: I just tested it, the crack works

I don't know what to tell you, it worked for me.
I loaded up my 0.43 save, 3rd one from the top, followed the walkthrough from step 894 and Billy approached me at school after I did the 2nd movie scene
are you sure you completed both movie scenes.

EDIT: Just tested again and Billy approached at school the next day (Monday) right after I did the second movie scene with Janice.

According to the image, you didn’t do the second part of the movie
Because there should be three options
The missing is “2nd porn movie” which is a different scene from the first
