I've downloaded the mod but the cheat mod's thread say to extract it to the 'game folder' and something about an assembly file, neither of which I have been able to find.
EDIT:I have found the assembly file but only in the TWIST file itself not in the data that was extracted from the cheat mod.

Alright, thanks, I've found it. Right now the value of MICHQ25 is false, Michq is 22 and SteveStatus is 1

first things first, you need to increase her quest progressing at her house, i think you've done this before, heres the part thats important:

Just out of curiousity, what steps did you take to complete, as its not forth coming and no walkthough is out yet that I have seen for .36

The changelog doesnt really offer much insight and the ingame tasks dont appear to function.

People with a "decent" computer and gpu have problems to run the game. Now you ask for an Android port? Your Android phone would melt trying to run The Twist.
