This isn't a game where real-time affects things though. Everything requires you to be active with the game.
If you tab to a different window or file, then it isn't causing problems for the game.

Yeah my problem is the loading black screen, i always alt tab while game load something xD

There is one , of sorts, but I would definitely not recommend it
It’s the exclamation symbol in a circle, right next to the thing that tells you what day it is.

I recommend using the walkthrough you can grab by following the link in my signature.
If you play in windows mode, 1600x900 I find is good, you can switch between the game and the walkthrough.

You'll see "Final" as many times as there are version numbers. There's one for each major release, after (typically) two beta releases.
