She doesn't refuse and her score is 4. She says okay but nothing changes. I'm on new game and not that far where she visits mc's room or asks for outfit.

Thanks for the help. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like this but below score 10 she only wear those in certain areas and in living room it was back to normal. After reaching score 10-13 she finally appeared in that outfit everywhere. It's bin a while since i've played but it wasn't like this if i recall correctly.
My only question now is regarding Janice. Even though she wears the clothing before midnight she changes back to that normal white lingerie once she visits mc's room. Is this normal?
Yes, until you build up their outfit scores and relationship points, which I hope you didn't cheat on, they will return to normal clothing after a certain amount of time.

Cheating breaks any game for me so i never do it. Do you know anything about the Janice issue as well which I mentioned or is this actually a bug now?
No, as far as I know this is not a bug. This is part of the game.
once you build up their points they'll begin to wear more and more skimpy clothing.
But as I mention, if you can post your save here, I can take a look at it when I can.

Okay for some reason after skipping like 20 days straight it worked and she actually did appear now with the clothes. I'm totally confused about this version. Thanks again for the help.
Yes, she need to have worn something for 20-30 days before she starts wearing new clothes permanently
That's what I meant by build up her outfit score.

She does, but you need the cheat mod to view it
The dev never added it to the hallway cheat.

just started recently again after a long time, im kinda stuck where u need to hide in Julia's wardrobe and catch her using the butt plug with janice...followed the guide but cant open that scene, no matter how many times i tried its always janice playing with Julia's feet....

The scene happens after you go to bed
Make sure Julia's not in bed and the room's empty when you enter the bedroom and hide in the wardrobe
It actually mentions it, in the step
292. Make sure Julia's bed is not Jason's sleeping bed. Wake up at night and go to Julia's room. When no one is there, click on the wardrobe and hide in there.
You get a buttplug play scene with Janice and Julia.
