Not quite, there are five routes, the one you are on in this (the penultimate) update is calculated from the character scores based on all your previous choices in the game. One route leads to the 'bad' ending after the first sex scene, which it seems alot of people were unlucky enough to get on their first try, but each of the other 4 give you different combinations of sex scenes and dialogue which should indicate which of the 4 'proper' endings you will see in the next update (maybe 2) - the grand finale!
I was one of the first people to play v0.11 (the test version) and must have gotten lucky to have the first saves I tried lead to the Harem route and (by going back and changing a couple choices) the Karen route, which between the two will show you all four sex scenes included in this update.
Check the walkthrough link in the OP for Stiglet's 'Handholder' guide which will show the 4 ending routes and the choices needed to guarantee each one.
Karen(Mom) score must be at least 3, Nikki(Aunt) score at least 12 and Haley must be under 3. I dind't looked in the walkthrough but maybe you fucked up anywhere, try again or use the console to change the values of karen_score , nikki_score , haley_score.
karen_score = 7 or more and nikki_score = 5 or less and haley_score = 2 or less = Karen end.
karen_score = 3 or more and nikki_score = 12 or more and haley_score = 2 or less = Karen and Nikki end.
karen_score = 6 or more and nikki_score = 9 or more and haley_score = 6 or more = Harem end.
haley_score = 14 or more = Haley end.

that happens automatically if you are the bad path or the nikki + karen path or karen path.

Well that would be disappointing, too many good games end when it starts getting good imo.
Choice 14 in the handholder guide is empty. Search doesn't find a correction, so asking in a post.

HA! Apparently too much for MC as well. He really needs to take a few boxing lessons, though. That's the second time he was put down with ease.I'm really enjoying this update.
Well, it's also the first time that I've ever experienced wanting to punch the screen. Weird. Haley walking by with her Ex, while he is grabbing her behind and smirking was too much.

This game has the best facials ever. Its finally done right! With that said, who knew there were fucking routes. Thats fucking stupid when she knew the MC has a girlfriend. Now i have to start over. very fucking annoying

This episode set up the endings, there are only the actual endings left to go.
Depending how long he makes them there are either 1 or 2 left to go. The story has nowhere else to go from here.
