Sort of, but not really. You may have to pretend to date them as part of your job, but it's just business (unless you decide to go further).
I came up with an outline for chapter 3 that reused virtually all the renders from the previous version, but midway through we switched to a new release schedule. Now most of the repurposed old content (and a bit of new content) is on the other side of the cutoff point.

Does anybody know - is it possible to fix this type of error, when the images in the game are displaying cut/splitted?

If you're using the Compressed version of the game, this can sometime happens when a program compresses a large amount of graphics and just happens to glitch for a portion of them. I'd recommend using the standard 4.3GB version and see if that fixes it.
If you're already using the 4.3GB original version, it's possible that it was an issue during download since it is such a large file. Or it could be an issue during unzipping. Or an issue with your graphics driver and the version of RenPy the game was made with. Or a number of other issues.
Currently, I've played about an hour of this game and haven't seen any issues with clipping, tearing or splitting like what you've shown. I've seen it on other games, just not this one yet. I wish you the best of luck good sir on this journey!!

I tried to download both versions, and the result is the same.
Such things happened earlier (once at 50 games, probably), laptop is very old, so it can be pb with graphic card/drivers. I played this game earlier on it, and didn't have such pbs, i thought, maybe there exists some kind of secret trick to fix it. But I didn't have any luck finding it on the Internet.
