Check if storage.vngine is located in Game_Data/StreamingAssets and not blocked or deleted by your AV program.

If these guys got a new writer, i gotta say, I love it. Nika's scenes were great.

Those scenes were written by my buddy DarkDestro. Unfortunately his work-life-balance turned upside down for him leaving him with less spare time on the game. That's why I had to take over most of the writing stuff.

Images are already compressed (image storage is ~800MB). Animation are stored inside of Unity. That means someone would had to extract the animation, compress them and then recompile the whole game.

And I'd like her to stop sleeping with John.. I know they are husband and wife.. but I don't want to share her. I just want her only for myself.

Exactly. I think the same. In that scene with her, Gaz and Candice, I felt sorry for Mrs Delington.
MC spent a lot of time with Gaz and Candice (earlier even with Aliza) and almost nothing with Mrs Delington.

In my post, I meant sex. I don't mind if they (John and Juli) sleep in the same bed (after all, it's normal when they are married) Although I admit that it would be nice if Mom started sleeping with MC sometimes. Yes sleeping only, no sex. Well, unless they feel like that.. and knowing them (especially Juli), it's very possible.

I've just finished to watch the bus scene with Nika and Monica and I was supposud to go to Bacon house, but it seems the game is stopped: I have no hints to play, no scenes in Bacon house or in any other place along the map. I've already tried to restart from a different save but the problem remains the same.

Make sure you play RL5 PE P1 and not RL5 PE.

Guys, I really don't know what is going on for you. But let's try this again step-by-step.
1. Download Win64 version from OP (Yes, the 64bit (RL5 PE P1), because the Win32 is the old unpatched version with a bug).
1.1. Check Game_Data/Language folder for missing English.zip (Note: English.zip needs to be there.)
2. Uninstall Visual C++ 2019/2017/2015.
3. Install Visual C++ 2015 x64 (because we downloaded 64bit version of the game)

4. Restart your computer.
5. Start the game.
6. Check if English flag is visible on main menu.
7. Start a new game.
8. Black/White screen remains -> please upload your player.log file as text file (.txt) here.
Player.log file is stored in your user's hidden AppData/LocalLow/VNGINE folder.


Visual C++ 2015 is explicit needed, because Unity doesn't support the new webp image format natively.

after going back through dialogue of the first game, i'm not so sure about that. like juli said 'timing' doesn't match up, since she didn't end up being a teen mom and had her kids shortly after becoming a model instead. She wasn't in a modeling career with MC's 'Back to The Future' 'blasting' all up in the past. the 'surprise' is probably just a week long sex sesh, porn logic. but hey i could be wrong

Also, when I had to go see Gaz, Candice and Bacon, I did it in that order and nothing went wrong but when I loaded another save (where I told Niki I didn't love her) I went to Bacon first, Chocolaterie, Candice, Gaz and Maureen and then nothing. No more clues even though I know it's Bacon's house the next scene.

This is on a bugged version which was fixed quite quickly with a P1 patch, so you have to redownload the game.

Overall I liked this update a lot, even if there was so much hype before release that you can't help but feel a little disapointed by some things.
One thing that stands out : ART is better than ever, and it was already very strong in previous updates. Well done Motkeyz
Another positive thing : I never was really into Gaz, but each updates there seem to be some subtle visual changes to her appearance and writing, so I'm starting to like her more and more.
Another good thing : Julia scenes were great.

The things I liked less : In the party scene, besides Gaz & miss Delington, which are already secondary, but well defined characters, I don't care much about clothing shop lady and doctor lady, so the scene with them wasn't super interesting to me. I know it's just personnal taste, but it might also be because writing-wise the game didn't manage to make these characters as interesting as Dellington, Gaz or the main characters. Because visually, I may find clothing shop lady a bit "uncharismatic" or "vanilla" but doctor lady looks great. However, for now I don't feel invested in their story.
Didn't care much about the strapon scene, but why not if it's avoidable and some people like it.

Also, I wasn't much into the "breaking the fourth wall" writing, if felt too different from the characters we know (especially Bacon).
It also felt like a sex-fest update, with not much in the way of continuing the time travel story. I may be wrong about that, cause I skipped some text in my first play through, but I will replay it at some point and read all. Also, don't get me wrong, we all prefer a sex-fest update than an update that moves the story without sex. But if we can have both story+sex, it's always best.
Lastly good job on the music too. Good choices of soundtrack, really adds to the atmosphere. Played another game which has no sound just after this, and it was bleak.
