Stop confusing genuine criticism with hate, nobody hates the dev or the update but we're expressing our opinions about it.Damn, always wait so long for updates on this one and now it just seems everyone hates it
Current update was undercooked and that's a fact, reused animations don't help the situation either. Having Liam in this update being possess-able and his spirit even hints at Male to Female sex when he ask Celica if she has done anything with his body AND possessed Faylen, Galiene, Celica threesome without Liam is a huge missed opportunity too but I don't really care about it myself personally thought.
Also an useless set home/set location was added that makes player do unnecessary clicking in order to sleep which also breaks ability to sleep in guest room at hot springs.
If I were the dev, I would focus on one story-line, so story would be more connected with the characters. What's the point of introducing new characters (Demon general that you'll face only one time, if you're not going to use them in any way?
Original Galiene completely disappeared as a character and only used as a body husk for Capt. Ceres unlike in comparison where's Nel and Celica interact a lot with each other.
Edgard x Celica x Evie plotline completely disappeared, if originally Evie was this tsundere brat that was jealous of Celica and wanted her away from Edgard, now it devolved into lesbian interactions.
Also female and male characters that get into the party lack H-animations with enemies. Even basic one such as Mindflayers attaching onto the head because the dev is that lazy.
This visual novel with RPG elements is cool, unique and original but the dev is a bit lazy and some polishing must be done before adding anything new.
Basically what I'm trying to say here is that I'm predicting that we're getting another Yandere simulator type of situation where game isn't polished and bunch of mechanics keeps adding up into a pile of mess.
And there won't be a clear "bad end" type of situation because according to the plot, Elith (this eldrich woman in the sewers) gave Celica plot armor as far as I remember correctly.
God, this game is so good! And now, I have to wait for at least 3 months for the next update! Which is fast for a game like this! Although the first boss in my opinion is way too hard and takes way too long to defeat. And considering that I am level 90 and that's the cap and the wrath demon not only can attack twice but also recover his own health using magic, you are forced to be a Celestial on more than one occasion. And since you can't really alter your outfit in that relam, you forced to fight in underwear which doesn't provide any boost to anything. It's doable if you prepare. But you can't just go gun blazing and just hit hard expecting a win.

Like the i rate higher because people rate it too low. We don't ask if you are a fan of a game but objectively what do you think of it as a fucking porn game please!
again, nothing hinted at Celic being lesbian lol, esp when you started with both female and male relationship bars and the enemies were both male and female so we got both MxF and FxF animations. We also got plenty of male characters introduced and I suppose you forgot the part of dialogue where Evie and Celica could “fight” for Edgar.
Ok I'm lost there's a fight with mushroom cage guy that has a demon bra in it. the hint is you have to stop time for it not to flee or regenerate. I don't know how to stop time or stop it from fleeing. How do you solve this fight.
you have to fight it in your celestial form and use your 4th attack for that one
Celestial form. The glowy angel looking form. You get it from meditating at the hotsprings. And it has to be constantly recharged by doing more meditation.
If you didn't get your body back at the end of the update, you wouldn't be able to play properly on that save until the next update.
you do realize that most of the lesbian moments in this game are not prompted by celica but by nel and others so it does not show she is a lesbian it shows that she is a doormat.
