It's in a separate version now. Go to shame.games and click on the ballerina with a diaper in the bottom right to enable ABDL content, it's disabled by default. Then go to the games page and Diaper Quest will appear.
There's actually a weak effort to port it to godot going on right now.

Yes old debug files can be used to get all prior content and features but not anything past that right? otherwise why would there be a new file posted every update?fegar1338 That would mean that either:
