Naomi needs to give you a Blowjob at home, call her. And when she is on your bed, click on the Kamasutra, and select Blowjob. If would still game will write that have passed 5%, do too most with Kaley

The purpose of the "incest patch" is to change the textual Names/References of two of the female characters to Mom & Sister (or associated terms).

As far as I'm aware it adds no new scenes or characters to the original game.

they do you must have installed them wrong they need to go in the game folder but be careful of the cheat mod that can break the game
