I'm talking about the chest with the kamasutra page. I already opened the pirate chest.

The chest key is in the cave room left from the shrine. You need the spike boots to get it.

edit: Actually , just the broken key

One broken key in the church sewer (where the spike boots were), and the second in the park where the rock bomb recipe is (from the entrance -> left -> up ->right -> right).

Well i managed to booty call all of them on that amount. Never bought the fancy stuff and still got to call them. Cost and time efficient for me.
