Well for the one you're in here's the solution, but there is a better way below.
It seems like the game knows when you're stuck on it though if you reset it a few times it will remove a pillar blocking the stones for much easier solve, which it looks like it did for yours.

Can you make a screenshot of the soul crystal menu. I 'd like to see your progress in the bottom. It's impossible for you to have 28% when the max you can do is 27%.

You are missing one page from Emily. Try to visit all locations again, and go to places that they were forbidden before.

Since it's the Emily's page you are missing, you can go through the walkthrough posted in OP and find what you missed.
Solved my problem, didn't realize this was an entrance to another room. Did find my 11th page there.

Starting the game and playing it is the trick I used. Sheezus. Bunch of assholes. Just pointed out an anomaly and suddenly everyone's a programming expert.

We're all programming experts when only 1 dude (you) bugs out on more % than the game allows. Game doesn't fuck for any1 else, so either you tinkered something or you found the only way to get more % even the dev doesn't know about. You also got way more Emily hearts than humanly possible, so once again, all on you

Why not believe him that he's done it legit and just ran into a bug? It might not be a common bug, because no one else ran into it, but still, this may be a bug. So stop accusing him for doing something wrong. And the dev doesn't know about it, because it's a bug no one ever has reported before.
