I think I'm retarded, but where I do I find the Tikpak Artifact for crafting the key? I have the 3 broken parts, yet none of the Tikpak artifacts on the map are available to pick up.

Craft a pirate key and open the chest near the shipwreck, that'll give you the artifact to craft the key.
