I play the first animation on the route /www/movies without problem. Here i let you see my terminal output when I execute the launcher.sh file (I asume this is the game launcher )

You not say if you use Linux version of game or make own version using NW.js. If use NW.js it come with video dependency libffmpeg.so which not play mp4 video as in ToN. Symptom is start game, maybe get intro screen and then black screen with random sound. If this is problem cure is to replace shared object libffmpeg.so in the lib directory of game with appropriate prebuilt mp4 capable version of library download from link below:

Does anyone else feel there's very little depth to the characters in this game, or at least the relationships between the women and the MC? It's definitely not as good as LE. At least in LE, Brad had different relationship dynamics with most of the women. The young boy crush on Amber, submissive to the friend's hot mom, dominant to the inexperienced nun, and Val being the ultimate conquest, with the two captive girls added into the mix for some spice. Everyone one in this game seems to be just the same. Is it just me? Does anyone else feel the same way?

I feel same. LE had good criminal, murder-mystery and supernatural threads pretty well developed which keep interest in story alive. ToN had better art, less storytelling and much more loosely plotted with far less character/relationship development for with so many girl no time to explore greater depth before decline to level of common RPG fuckfest. Simply not enough time to devote to individual female character for story as detailed as in LE and most girl basically just warm body for MC to insert redic sex organ into repeatedly in different ways. (Only Madalyn, Sofia, Diana and Clare stand out to me as interest all others reduced to level of MC cum bucket.) Sometimes less is more and fewer diverse deeper female character with more time spent on each of them by MC make for a better game than many similar shallow female character who MC never really gets to know and screws quickly singly or in groups. Is what I think. Am hoping that TGO will have a better MC than manipulative rapey Brad from LE or dumb feeble Henry from ToN and return to darker supernatural and criminal theme with better dynamic between character, better and less redic dialogue like "Take my ass" and similar (although totally redic language make me chuckle), less humour and light-heartedness, and deeper bond and genuine affectionate relationship evolve between MC and at least some girl/women.

Won't happen given calibre of NLT audience but would be wonderful if, for once, game's story was as good as game's art.

He runs Manjaro (Arch based) and from the look it seems to be the native Linux version from OP.

Same as you I think it is related to libffmpeg.so on his distro.

Anybody knows how long will it take for the complete version? I want to play this game, i tried lust epidemic but the girls were to old for my taste. And i dont want to play it and then realize in 3 months that theres is a final version so i have to play the whole game again.

You are right.
The course of the game has changed. Now, as you say, there is a jade talisman.

v25032 -> now, the 4th picture is wrong.

The fourth container appears on torch marker 6 when torch 6 is lit.

Before lighting Torch 6 -> , after lighting Torch 6 ->

And with all the "save game please, I wiped my hard drive" posts, "where is <insert your favorite thing that can be easily found by following Evie's clues>" posts, etc, we might even hit the 2.5k pages milestone when it's all said and done.

Yes i'm using the nw.js file that come with the game, my media player (mpv) play any animation file in /www/movies without problem but TON is keeping with black screen and the sound of the game in the background. I used Ubuntu some time ago now i'm tryin Manjaro Nibia with 5.9.16-1 kernel.
I going to download and install the 0.54.0 linux version of nwjs from the link you show me (1000 thanks for that) and i'm gonna try again!!!

DO NOT ( ! ) use the launcher.sh instead make nw as executable and run the game from there !

Best guess to your problem is the Insync... purge it all and reinstall... alternative is to hack it with this after terminating Insync

Did you try to reinstall Insync ? I don't recommend hacking usually the repo fixes these problems... but then again it could be something else...

The game run from launcher.sh won't work all the time... for an example you won't be able to save your game... from nw it will work dunno what's causing it but I'm not a troubleshooter for NLT either !

Not really... but have to be careful with it specially when you update things ( or just simply change ) you have to keep track of it what changed... but that does not really exclude windows or mac either ! Carelessness sometimes comes at a steep price ! Or should I say ALWAYS ?!

I'm tryin to play TON on my old linux laptop (Manjaro Nibia) but when I open the game i got a black screen and can't see anything, i know the game is running 'cause i can hear the game sounds when i touch the keyboard ¿It need a Dependency or something?

I occasionally had that problem when I'd loaded a number of screens in quick succession and my HDD space was lower than usual. I'd have to restart/refresh and go back to the last save.

Pay 1x30$ after 2 years of dev time NLT couldn't have done anyway since no $ from anybody, so no rig to make renders/servers/whatever luxury he gives himself OR pay ~5$ a month and get updates every 2 weeks while NLT gets said $ to pay the bills/keep his PC from melting too many times doing renders 24/7 for over 2 years ....... Really tough choice indeed

Yeah, I had a similar sentiment. It took me a while to realize the second version's guide images were there, and even then, timing is so very critical.

Maybe that’s mostly a result of there being 4 girls in Lust Epidemic but 12 in Treasure of Nadia. At the very least, I much prefer Henry to Bradley. Henry is kinda bland, but at least he’s a decent guy, unlike Bradley, who really comes off as a manipulative bastard who never really cares about any of the people in his life (expect maybe his mother), in my opinion anyway.

Yeah, Bradly definitely studied Max's Guide to Perving Your Family.

Wow! This serum thing that turns the female of the species nympho must be the dumbest idea yet to explain why women and girls roll over and submit so easily to the MC at the drop of a hat. If the drug turned girls and women into voracious sex pots as indicated they would want to have sex with pretty much everybody crossing their path, including Albert, Michael, Ash, Mr Gardner and even Daemalius himself if he had a dick and it were possible! (Plus all of the zombified male "extras" you see walking about aimlessly in the game.) Of course super-promiscuity like this might be going on under a veil, off camera as it were, but if the drug really was that powerful all the women who had been drinking Cape Vedra water for months and months should be banging everything human in sight, including every male citizen extant and each other 24/7!

I really don't like the "forced sex" trope in RPG games where drugs, hypnosis, magic, violence, whatever are used to compel characters to couple in ways they would never in a million years consent to if compos mentis. Love the art but could do without the creepiness.

I had the same question while reading the statement.

"as TGO finishes production" implies that there are some setbacks... or maybe some re-designs? I dunno.

And no, we are not complaining here. It's just that the statement was a bit vague.
NLT is one of the few devs that can actually be trusted.
