Not the same, but they're from the same brand and both are quite similar (artstyle, humor, big cast, overpowered chicks, etc)
Majikoi was made by Minato Soft.
Tsujidou was made by Minato Carnival.
P.S. There are also some references from Majikoi characters and world in Tsujidou (like Kawakami, Kukis, and a certain ex-delinquent from Majikoi), which implies both games are set in the same universe.

Maji translations was not involved on this one. It was Tsurezure Scans, lead by the dude who used to translate the Nisekoi manga.

I can wholly sympathize with this tbh... Compared to Majikoi's protag and Jun'ai Road's protag, the difference is practically gold and shit.
