Not much here, and what's here is very cringe-worthy. MC is stupid and the dev takes the laziest route possible in every circumstance. Dialogue is very artificial and the scenes are silly. Renders are nice, bar the fact that the baddies are the same baddies (including Lumpy George) we have seen in a bazillion games.
The developer needs to think a lot harder about how his MC gets into these situations. Just having her be a passive victim or a bimbo doing what following every male suggestion is uninteresting. If you want these events to happen, come up with a way that allows them without having the character just say something like "bad things are happening, but I don't want to make a scene." The whole "semen on the pants" thing is also silly. Make the dress code in the school not allow jeans, and you can have the sexy bits without the silly bits.
Unless it is necessary for the plot, don't make the MC a laboratory science teacher because she is unqualified to be a gym teacher. That's absurd - lab science teaching requires the highest level of qualifications, not the lowest. Anyone who has been to high school almost certainly knows this.
I don't review first releases as that wouldn't be far or informative, but I wouldn't rate this more than a two if I were reviewing it.

Got it... but if I only want to see that... better see a porn movie, right ? no story or lore or any game involved, just pressing "play", better then click.. click.. click.. the mouse button!

For someone with a boyfriend and based on her reactions to groping so far she comes across as one who's too easy to get, I think people will be more interested in her character if you make her a little bit harder to exploit.
These days I only find two types of games: Easy porn with terrible characterization, or Non existent erotic content with deep story and unnecessary walls of text. Balanced games are rare and they're unsurprisingly the ones at the top, the ratio of likes per 1k of views tells it all, without mentioning those succesful titles you can already notice that the games that have a balance between erotic content and character developpement are the ones that are most sought after and they get the best reviews.

I tired it, I thought it was ok. My biggest issue though was not enough choices. I think in all of chapter 1 you make something like 3 choices. I would have liked to have seen more. A example when the nerd goes down on her have the option to report him if he doesn't stop or go along with it, then when he wants something in return option to say no or go down on him, then when he cums option to let him cum in her mouth and swallow or on her face. Stuff like that. I know it means more work but I think it would make it more interesting.
Other than that the writing was a bit for lack of better word wonky at times. I couple of spots I had to stop and reread it.

I am well aware of problems with writing, I would really need some native speaker or simply someone with better english-fu to review the texts.
