Apparently you can't go to the Islands if you have Hypertits or Horsecock. How do you reverse the effects of the transformation potion?

Edit: This is probably a bug, but advancing the story to where you've retrieved the rod from the Temple. If you visit the Stone circle, you'll reset your character back to it's default state. Even getting rid of pregnancy

If I may ask what is new, besides the doppleganger being finally added to the tower, I find myself at a loss of where I should actually go.
