I don't understand this game, I run it and I appear in an empty world with an infinite floor. I right click and a menu appears where I can load static character models, nothing else.

Scroll down to "Scenes" and load a scene...

Not really... (if you mean the mmd shaders)
you can try Reshade

The w key or up on the left thumbstick.

This should work... just extract it in the model folder and rename it (keep the original)
In addition from my original mod:
- english translated morphs
- Better Butt
- wasp morph
- slim morph
- larger bain morph
- bigger anus morph
- Visible anal marble morph
