And on the how to play part, did you try the Start button? I heard it does wonders if you push it.

So I have a few inquiries... exactly how did Helen become a telekinetic telepath? (In case you're wondering where that inference comes from try doing multiple playthroughs with different choices and closely watch the interactions whenever MC is with Helen and is thinking something but not speaking it) That being asked, what the hell did Dylan do to Helen that causes her to be scared of him? (also referencing one of the scenes only reached on a certain path)
Can Dana or Zoey really be trusted? (don't get me wrong, Zoey is my second fav character & Dana's pretty stunning but I have a hard time really understanding their motivations). I don't think Leia is involved in anything truly nefarious herself but she is however actively fighting a gang turf war and possibly a larger conspiracy of power as well & most likely had to make cut throat decisions which is exactly why her family is being targeted and her twin brother was known to have been the closest to her which is why it would hurt the most to go after him. Also on that note... has Scarlet switched her allegiances? She also is going after the MC (which both Dylan & Helen seem to be aware of) and it's possibly because Leia was the indirect cause of her ex husband's incarceration....
None of my prior saves would load with the update (def a patch issue) but I have no problem doing new games with this particular VN as I love the story and the art.

She's looking to sexually conquer the MC and/or "steal" him away from his family, the question is WHY exactly? She's been behaving erratically ever since her sister's "accident" & her behavior upon seeing the MC for the first time in years is rather odd, why the sudden obsession for the MC to be her son?

no matter if I say no, I get another chance later to bang all the girls, even if I really tried not. that for me ruins it, all girls want to get fucked even if I try to push them away. and Mc's own girlfriend, no matter what I do, it seems that she left, the dev want me to fuck someone else all the time. whats the point to give me choices? better to make a game without choices and the Mc be a fuckboy.

I'm still finishing to play it for the first time, this is a really good game, not sure how I haven't found it before. Interesting story, great looking renders and a good amount of content, so many choices!
Difficult to choose only one girl, I liked most of them in both looks and personality. For now I'd say my favorites are Leia, Dana and Katie. The girlfriend is very fun too and some others I liked such as Zoey and Emilie, all interesting characters.
I'm not sure how the rework will be but for now I really like the game, looking forward for more of the story.

try to load different saves, some of it should work eventually..im guessing you tried the latest one first.
It's every save. I went back in and re-saved...same thing happened with all saves.

try to search thread then - someone probably demanded/posted working save already..
messed up old saves are known fact for the update as many things have been changed in game-scripts.

They're definitely different characters, but it looks like the same base model is used. There's nothing bad about that. There isn't an infinite supply of character models out there. Just a statement.
(I couldn't remember the word cinematics for the life of me!) They're incredible! I don't know if the latest update was rendered in Daz or Blender (and honestly I don't know what engines Daz even offers) but either way, the quality top class. I don't know if it's mostly post work on the images/videos or if the renders just came out beautiful, but god they're beautiful.
The only two animations that I noticed to trip me up were the kiss and the mother's hair. The hug seemed a little awkward, but wasn't all that bad. Other than that, the animations were clean enough that I wasn't tripped up by any of them.
I know how incredibly difficult it is to make good looking renders. I have something like 150 hours in Blender (Steam doesn't log offline hoursBut from what I can see, you liked the update and I am glad you also saw how much work did go into the main menu and its transitions.
It's always nice hearing that someone does recognize the amount of work you put in there.
