this is very useful and now i understand aall. great to hear book 1 will be on Steam so i can contribute to your hard work. and the main game being a sandbox type leave mre both happy and worried...hope it will not be like some sasndbox grinding game...but it only means more freedom to approch the story and side missions..sry bad english and thanks for your great work.
p.s. i would loved to being able to interact with MC niche to let her kkew that i was not mad to her and i really cared and loved to make love with her...and maybe let her kick her brother and mother's 's ass

Well if you can end up with out beloved Lady Syrina and a few other loved ones at your side in the end, things should not be to bad. I am not too greedy, besides keeping more as one woman happy is pretty time consuming and they tend to conspire against you in groups.We aren't done seeding moms and daughters out there... but, yeah, it might lessen the blow if the game doesn't quite end the way they want it too.

There will be some grinding, relationship & skill wise (and magic wise when you return to playing as the Antichrist and Princess Lynara) not a lot though... we'll be introducing a turn based combat/sneak and battle system into the game that will help players get accustomed to fighting in our game starting in "Agents of Karma" (gropers, molesters, bullies, punks, gangs and evil scientists), so that they are familiar with gaining skills and using them (and eventually magic) before getting back to the main story and playing as the Antichrist.
As I said, there'll be some grinding involved, but not so bad that it is a grind-fest of pure frustration and boredom (I hate games that are like that)... we want a balance/challenge and a lot of the grinding to be done through exploration means. While everything isn't totally set in stone, I kind of see it as a combination of relationship/ally building, physical activities and "Books of Knowledge" (Like in Assassin's Creed games to unlock new skills/powers).
Also, before combat begins, the player can decide how they want to approach it... do they want to try to "talk" their way out of it? Do they decide to "submit" (with some penalties and bonuses gathered), or do they want to try their hand at "fighting" their way out of the situation.
As for Claire (the Antichrist's niece), her time with her uncle/you isn't done and she intends to prove how sorry she is for her role in her mother's plan to try and trap him... which is what her role in "Agents of Karma" is, as well as, proving that she is capable of standing beside him in the coming war.
Yeah, I agree... the expectation of managing a harem full of girls and keeping them happy would, honestly, be too time consuming on any one person and quite honestly would prevent them from actually being able to get anything done. If you need a hand or an eye (and handfull of comments/recommendations/snappish opinions- this can't be excluded from the former ones) you know, how to get me. Balancing is around as much work as it is pathing.
Well I know from my mother, decades ago in her hometown (I think) some male had a working relationship with two womens over years. Didn't have one myself (nor polygamous , nor polyarmory) , but I think it completely different from 99.9% of the games here that attend to this typ of relationship.
In my eyes, you need a lot of trust, openness, willingness to compromise and time. And I seriously doubt that much of them (women or men) would be willing to have a polygamous were you have more freedom than them.

Yeah, the problem in most incest and harem games is that the woman have no character and are more or less cardboard cutouts. Devs rarely take the time to give the female characters enough character, motivation why they are interested in that and are willing and want to be in that harem or incestuous relation or why it is not bad to them but even great whether that is a realistic reason or more a plot armor reason.
Most of the time it is just, sex with him is bad, I should resist but his dick is so big.

You know you do not have to give the Mom or whateverr a background that she thinks incest is a bad thing, but if you do then you also need to give her a reason why she is still willing to end up in such a relation despite it being taboo to her. Or you get those weird situations, no it is bad and she resists for years or never even has a sexual feeling for the guy, but suddenly at age 20 MC sees her as fuckable and she falls for fact he is doing dishes again like last 20 years and has a big dick she just finds out about when MC is 20 yo.

Or she is Bi, yet only if you the MC is present otherwise not. Or that she is a sex freak, but only if the MC is present otherwise she is innocent as a storybook nun.
That is something that is out of my comprehension, same as your examples. If the traits are in the character, then they are in the character. They don't have a MC on/off switch or MC old enough on/off switch or....

Yeah but that is the thing, in most porn games the women only have traits and not a character. They are just a type like a member of a boyband to appeal to a certain audience. That in my eyes makes the difference to a good story and just another porngame though if the females are more as just another typecasted girl and have a character. That has nothing to do with whether sex goes fast or slow, just that what happens in her story fits with her character and who she is and not like that Mom who resists all her life, and still thinks incest is bad has faced the seduction to do it many times and withstand it for 90% of game and then suddenly for no discernible reason falls for it in last 10%.
I have to agree with with DA22 is saying, too many creators that make harem games do so where things conveniently work out in the MC's/Player's favor.
The females are all 1D with no real personality to define them as their own person and are just a manner of convenience to fuck without repercussions or a will of their own. They all tend to be sluts without a will of their own and will just go along with the will of the player.
That is never going to happen, it just can't happen, in anything I ever write. I can already tell you Paige may want to have (at least, her first time with) her dad... but she has already shown a bit of jealousy in the fact that Claire might be getting her dad's attention and not her.
In her case, even though she's been having fun sexually with Claire, that doesn't mean that she is going to jump on the "let's share my dad" train. I also imagine that Syrina won't be too happy having Lynara being in the picture and 'distracting' the Antichrist.
We can already pretty much guess that the Antichrist isn't going to be happy learning that his wife has been actively cheating on him, when he finds out, and we already know that he wasn't happy 'breaking his vow' with his wife by having sex with Claire. He feels that he's betrayed his wife, even though she's been doing the same to him, and I don't expect him to just say: "Well, I was fucking someone, so I guess it is OK if you do too...", that would be too convenient and not very realistic... he might get to that point through player's choices, but it certainly isn't likely going to be his INSTANT choice.
The thing is, there are going to be some girls that don't like other girls (either personally or sexually) or even willing to share their 'man' with another woman (or man)... that's just the way it is going to be in our game. And, sometimes, it may be a requirement of the Player to try and keep some romances 'secret' and there is no promise that it isn't going to be 'secret' for long... such is real life and that is how I kind of write.
Fantasy can go get so far.

True and if they for whatever reason are willing to share him, let that at least be for their own reasons (more or less believable maybe, but their reason whether wanting to share in his power, an acceptance that for the good of all MC needs to be with them both looking at you Syrina and Lynara in a way to possibly unite both demonathan and angelion factions, her own sexual fetishes or whatever) or for reasons they cannot control (like fact MC might have the power to control them at a cost if he so wishes and is corrupted enough to do so) and have to accept, are glad to accept for their reasons or walk away if that is what fits their character.I have to agree with with DA22 is saying, too many creators that make harem games do so where things conveniently work out in the MC's/Player's favor.

Agreed, there has to be a REASON or an explanation at least as to why they are willing to do it, if they do... and it can't be something that doesn't make sense or go against their character.

If I understand your question correctly indio68 , 90% of the features that make Wicked Choices the series it is becoming were developed in house, by members of the dev team. The magic and combat will be no different, to make it flow and work for the game they have had to design most things from nothing, the more you learn about it the more of a fan you'll be.

Hello, our faithful patrons, hope that you are having a good week thus far and that life has been treating you well!
I am pleased to report that, at long last, we were able to finally secure ourselves an affordable artist to help us with the game, taking a load of pressure off of me from pulling double duty as both writer and artist for our game!!!
This means we can actually get production done much, much quicker, I don’t have to kill myself working long, ungodly hours and nearly kill myself by coming up with stupid ideas for BIG CHAPTERS while on massive doses of painkiller… a bonus for my wife who says that she’d like to keep me around for a few years longer, or at least till she finds someone better (in my opinion, that shouldn’t be too difficult).
