Can't blame the devs. It's the morons paying them to not deliver real content.
This will be at least the 3rd start all over for this game. The only thing that kills a game faster than MULTIPLE times having to start all over, is abandoning the game or near annual updates. Sandbox games are rather time consuming and click intensive plus redoing the mini-games.
