The show is called W.I.T.C.H.

No idea what the plot of this game currently is due to retcons

Kinda unrelated question, I loved the tv series but are the comics worth a read?
Late reply but: Definitely. There are notable story changes. (Some better, some worse.)
The comic does stumble a bit first chapter, with disney deciding the tone. (It calms down on the more graphic murder attempts quite a bit after that.)

The girls are allowed to be notably more horny and petty in the comics. And there's... quite a lot of borderline nudes in it.
(Like: Will is about to text Matt to "take care of her", then she goes "No, I can't say that!". Irma peeks into the boys locker room. Hay Lin does a little dance when getting her first kiss. And stuff like that.)

Fun side fact: Irma was supposed to be gay originally. Which would explain why she always failed to "find the right guy" and freaked out over male contact. But, Disney elbow dropped that plot so hard they replaced the writers.

I just have to say, the protagonist is kind of a badass, very rare for those kinds of games.
I mean... he's a spineless Gary Stu, that's useless at sex. I wouldn't really call that "badass".
Especially as all the girls are infantilized and made retarded just so they can't fight back against his dumbass plans that either the comic or cartoon version would foil in 2 minutes.
Plus the fact that he's just blatantly lying.

Yes, everything is exactly like that, and why not? perhaps someone here would like to play the game before it is uploaded here, I'm just informing you that there is such an opportunity
That's not an opportunity. That's the opposite of an opportunity.
The entire point of this site is that you can try out a game, before you purchase/donate to it. To see if the game is worth it, or of interest to you as a player. That is also why there's reviews people can read.

Like, there's dozens of infamous games on this site, that people were able to get a heads up on before purchasing. (Like ones pretending to be lesbian games, but only contain ~4 % lesbian content. Or ones that just blatantly lie about what the game is about.) Heck, this game alone has quite a lot of "Not what I was expecting." comments and reviews.

I think it will have to do with the final ending of the game, my main theory about it is that all the decisions that kill or affect in a significant way to family members or friends of the witch crew (cornelia's sister, taranee's wannabe bf, elion's parents) will be a "bad action" and therefor count for the bad ending of the game

You know, after all this time, with all the rework that had happened to the game, I'm surprised there's one glaring issue with the game.

You still can select the ask the granny to blow you. I've accidentally clicked on it before when playing on the phone, so I've made sure to clear that option first before doing anything else.

Either remove it/turn down the volume, or make her blow me. It's an annoyance as it currently is. Can't believe such a huge, gigantic issue still remains.

Hey everyone, I just found out about this game last week and so far I have to say its great. The artwork is amazing, the gameplay draws you in and the story is pretty interesting.

A few of the nitpicks I have are:
-The spelling/grammatical mistakes. It's clear that the developers aren't native English speakers, but it's very sparse. It doesn't take away anything from it game, it's just funny to see and easily corrected.
-The sex scenes have great artwork, but they're just pictures. The blowjob scene with Elyon looks really good so hopefully the developers go back and animate some of the older ones.
-There's a small "plot hole". During the start of the journalism club storyline, Cornelia appears in the search for members scene, even though by that point in the game she's imprisoned in Meridian.

The only real issue I have with it is that most of everything on Earth takes place during noon. It seems like most mornings are wasted in either working at the bookstore or just pressing the skip button. At one point I had 3 quest lines and each of the was locked to the noon time of day. An easy way to rectify this would be to make the events that take place at school be available during both mornings and afternoons.

I have completed all the available quests but I still have some gallery scenes locked so if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. I still need scenes 23-28, 30, and 84.
Edit: I still need 84 but I unlocked the other ones. I thought it would be kind of morbid to seduce a child but I guess that's where they took that lol.

You can apply that critique to every cartoon trainer ever, however, i prefer a badly written schemer than your normal accidental dumbass you see in almost every trainer game thats trying to copy the Akubur ones, there is a charm almost impossible to replicate with the genie's dumbassery and every time someone tries to make a character that is the same, they fail at it.

I prefer this dumbass than the dumbass protagonist of that Danny Phantom game, also, the art is great.

But perhaps my views are biased because i never saw the original cartoon this time, i saw W.I.T.C.H one time several years ago when it aired and immediately switched channels because i thought it was boring, even as a adult i still watched and watch cartoons but that was just too boring to me, which is weird because i didn't remember anything about the show, so i don't what exactly i found boring about it, this game is the first time i am meeting many of those characters.

But seriously, the shitty story of this game is good enough to make my brain give me dopamine, i don't claim this to be a masterpiece but this is way better than a lot of trainers. i am not one of those assholes who claim a story in a hentai/porn game is unimportant, after all, if i want to see porn without a story, i just go to rule 34.

TLDR: Basically what i'm saying is, the reason i play these games is the story but i am not expecting to see The Shining levels of writing and so should you.

I played this game, the artstyle's great, I like the way it plays, but the game definitely has some writing issues here and there. Story does make sense for the most part, and I enjoy that some of the events and dialogue are taken straight from the show and modified to fit in this game, it's almost like a nod to the show.

One criticism I have though is that it feels incredibly strange to have tons and tons of buildup to Elyon's corruption, i.e. taking her boyfriend out of the picture, destroying her friendship with Cornelia, taking her parents out of the picture, then lastly ruining her reputation at school, only to have the actual 'corruption' bit taking place in, what, 3-4 days?

I really do feel that the pacing of her arc would have benefited if her scenes were spaced out between Cedric's removal of her connections to other people, perhaps it could start out tame, and then ramp up as she trusts Cedric more and more? I don't really know, I'm not a writer.

Also, minor nitpick, but Hay Lin getting blackmailed because of rats in her restaurant's basement feels wayy too cartoonish to me, I think it would've made more sense and fit more with the game's tone if Cedric had instead used the spring water to bargain with her in the first place. It fits more with the game's view of him as some cunning mastermind, because the way it is right now it just feels as if Hay Lin is just being a dumbass for no reason.

Oh, speaking of which, Cedric really doesn't look good in this game. Even though the guy reads up on Earth's customs and how it works, he decides to just beat the utter snot out of Brian and throw him in the underwater mines in Meridian to take him out of the picture, and somehow gets caught off guard when people get suspicious of him?? It reads and feels like a joke. He also does other pretty stupid stuff, like putting a figurine into Irma's bag to frame her of theft, which well, just feels comical. He's got to have a lot of confidence in his ability to intimidate Irma into not realising that she most likely wouldn't get expelled from a school for stealing only once, or that she could ask for security footage to prove that she wasn't anywhere near the figurine. It really feels that she agrees way too quickly. These are honestly super minor, but man did they irk me.

This game did unironically get me into the W.I.T.C.H. series and comics through the cast though, hell, it's almost a showcase of the characters and the world that they inhibit. Caleb gets a sprite drawn, and it only appears like, once.

All in all, even though I ragged about it, I actually had a good time playing this game. The grind wasn't too bad for me, the dice game is easily cheesable with the power of rewinding time and makes good money, and the combat did actually have a tiny amount of strategy in using certain potions for the Larvek fight, which makes it pretty easy and consistent. Grinding levels was a hassle though, there's only so many boars and morpions I can kill without feeling bored, though I guess you can just play with cheats to avoid all that. I did also enjoy most of the dialogue with Miranda, too. Shame there isn't a whole lot of Will content though.

TLDR: nice game, really good artstyle. story is pretty solid, but cedric is quite goofy in this. Watch W.I.T.C.H.

p.s. I played an old version of this a long time ago and I have this vague memory of Cedric bringing Elyon to the fair and going on a Ferris wheel where Elyon then gives him a blowjob. I have no idea if I somehow hallucinated this or it was actually in the game at the time. I think it was v0.6? maybe

also, THANK GOD the artstyle deviates from the show and actually makes the girls look older.
