I'll confess to some curiosity about the sex tape angle and how that plays out. I'm a little petty, though, so after seeing how those actresses are catfighting about it, I feel like MC needs to make one with the older actress first, honoring their agreement - and then a week later make one with the other actress, without obscuring his identity. That should get those tensions ramped up nicely.

Then again, with the multiple homes the MC has going on right now, he may as well just have a private security firm record everything that goes on there and assemble his own compilation video to come out a week after that.

All we've got to go on so far is Eden's word about what's been happening, haven't really gotten a chance to hear Hannah's side of things. I looked at it as "Oh, hey, she's a bit older, but she's kinda hot for an older woman", but she wants to use the MC just to bolster her own image and popularity, because she's a waning star. Is my MC supposed to be thankful, or somehow feel blessed because this nearly-washed-up has-been is letting him get a piece of that ass? We're talking about a guy who practically has his own dormitory full of young, able-bodied, willing pleasure slaves.

To be clear, I'm not going to give anyone crap about liking older women, that's absolutely fine (and I'll second anybody's support for banging Harper or Azel, too), but Eden's attitude around the situation is what bugged me. MC doesn't need a sex tape with an on-the-exit star of yesteryear to boost his own fame and popularity, he's already getting plenty of positive media coverage.

For what Eden has planned, I think he's a fool to consider it for anything less than 6 or 7 figures directly into a special account that will help fund raising all his children and putting them through school, because there's probably going to be a few of them at the rate he keeps adding women to the harem.

I'm sorry for going ghost for a bit.
I didn't want to make this post for a variety of reasons and I still don't really want to but you guys deserve to know what's up.

I left a comment on the last mind drop quickly saying what happened but to say it here also.
My grandpa that I spent the last 6 years taking care of passed away a few weeks ago now.
I paused pledges since I knew I wouldn't be able to work on the game much this month.
I was hoping to have the update out before the end of April since there wasn't much left to do and I was hopeful to get it done but anytime I tried... all I wanted to do was lay in bed.

Unlike my best friend and aunt that passed away a few years ago, I knew this was coming. He had been battling his illnesses for a long time and things had been looking rough for a while.
He was surrounded by family and we all had an opportunity to say goodbye.
So I'm okay. Fucking sad but okay.

I was his caretaker. It's been very hard adjusting to not having him around.
Also as his caretaker I have a lot to deal with. Funeral and all that aside and done I still have a lot of legal stuff and his possessions to work through. As well as the grief and everything.
I am taking some time off to deal with everything. I don't have any dates or updates to share. I'm taking my time but I will pause pledges until the update is out if it's not this month.

And lastly, a few weeks ago I had only ever banned a handful of people from my patreon. These past few weeks that number has quadrupled. Admittedly I'm emotional about it right now and might regret some of those later on but for right now:
Keep criticism about me and the game only. Don't bring my family into it or you're gone. Don't harass or antagonize other patrons or you're gone. That's it.

Much love, BD. This is my favorite game ever and it’s solely because you put so much love into it. Family should always come first, and as much as I’m looking forward to the next update, I also want it to be when you think it’s ready. There are plenty of fap games out there for those looking for a quick fap (along with plenty of free regular porn sites). But WVM is my favorite precisely because it goes deeper. Not in an Acting Lessons kind of way that is contrived, but more like Where The Heart Is, which is my second favorite game. And as much as I’d like to see the MC do more with Azel, I respect the boundaries that you’ve set, and will admit that she has been the source of several enjoyable faps, even with her clothes on. It’s her eyes. Having her be ever so slightly cross-eyed gives her the kind of imperfection that makes her perfect. Anyway, thank you for creating something wonderful!

I mean yes, I think it's stupid to attack the family or say shit. I feel that BrainDrop should leave his personal stuff away from Patreon and Discord. Actually he should leave his personal life off line completely. I mean he is making a game. If he needs to take some time, all he needs to say, is he has to deal with some personal things. That's it. He shouldn't divulge his personal in's and outs all on social media.

I get that's the trend nowadays, that you spill your life online but he would save himself future headaches if he left life away from people.

Now I understand he has to deal with stuff and the update is being pushed back to whenever, so until then, I guess all people can do is play other games and wait till it drops. I don't think waiting everyday to see if the update is going to be good either.
