I actually agree with something you said.

Trying to achieve perfection and constantly redoing stuff is not good and is one of creative process problems. Nothing will ever be perfect.

But at the same time, i feel Braindrop got the wrong feedback by his supporters, which actually encouraged him to go that path, which was a mistake.

Anyway, whats done its done, BD does have to prioritize his personal problems over the game, but his supporters need to understand that sometimes, the best way to help someone, is actually not to give the feedback that someone wants to hear, but actually help the author to unblock himself when he falls into a vicious circle of redoing stuff.

With all the lewd shit going on in this game. The only reason there is no incest tag slapped on this is Patreon imho. Tbh, the game became less and less interesting the more girls that got thrown into the mix. Sometimes, there is just too much to be good. You might end up be a fan of a couple characters you hardly see any action with because content get spread thin around so many of them. A lot of games suffer from this, where there is to many characters, or to many paths and the slice you end up interested in feel like scraps off the tabe at times.

Once the devs reach certain level of success in Adult VN games and have successfully established large number of audience that admire the devs, usually they comes with some sort of problem or should I say an Issue.(That problem might me physical, mental or on social level) Exception DR.Pink cack OR Philly Games.

That being said I am not all knowing yet I am just sharing my inner taught.

I don't think white knight is used right here. He was basically calling all you whiners: trolls and idjits, not really defending the dev.

It is also a free vn. It's awesome that you help financially support it, but it's still considered a donation if I understand the system right.
