Unfortunately, there's not a lot of malesub "leveling down" games, at least that I've seen

MAYBE Trap Quest could interest you. You have the option to start as a male mc and everything does try to corrupt you, but it's mainly focused on transformation. You CAN make it so you keep your dick in the initial settings.
That's all I can think of however.
Theres Lolique 2, obv not on F95. If you give birth to a human then you lose all levels and uh cant gain more? Apparently might be a way to restore ability to level up. Also the bad ends are not for the faint of heart.

So this tiny little game called Darkness Kingdom released just yesterday and I've been pretty hyped for it for half a year now.
Unusually weird and humiliating transformations, I find most of them hot, they might not be super impactful gameplay-wise, but at least there's 30 of them and you get to walk around as a heroine-turned-monstrous and carry on your quests in a much lessened state!
I made a translation request for it already, so we can see just how much sexiness the dialogue and story adds to this!

Since it's text based it doesn't actually hit what's probably the most important qualifier for the person who started the thread but for anyone who's fine with that;
"EraTohoReverse" from eragames (since someone mentioned tentacle palace) which has the premise that your character was kidnapped by your Tohou of choice and are being sexually trained by them. It doesn't have RPG stats but it does have your options slowly shifting from reluctance to accepting and broken while your captor gets mana from you (which you get to decide how they spend but that's a player vs character disconnect). One of the options is to let you see the various bars fill up during the sex scenes which is kinda fun in it's own way since they fill up slow at the start of the game but there's some background buildup that speeds some of them up as the game goes on.
And it's actually got several characters fully translated with stories and others with generic play. Some of the stories aren't translated but what can you do.

maidensnow eve, reminds me of Shoegazer's Dungeons and Prisoners (who luckily recovered somewhat from his eye trauma, I read). Maidensnow's controls are not trivial; In the menu (after escape or x) Use Q and W to switch tabs.
Some great recommendations throughout the thread, great to see, hard to find stuff in this sorta genre. I saw it mentioned once or twice going through the thread already but Degrees of Lewdity is really worth checking out, even with it's "combat" being quite different as well as all the art being sprite work. It has such an insane amount of content, as well as typically getting monthly updates, and ways to tailor the game to your preferences. The game gets quite difficult as the longer the game goes on the harder and harder it gets leaving the character to get lewder as the situation gets more drastic with more debuffing effects mounting together. You're never necessarily powerful in the game so that part of it doesn't exactly fit the criteria but failing certain objectives or things within the game does cause you to have to play through punishments with permanent consequences, like failing to pay rent resulting in your body being sold off as punishment, or having stress levels too high so you wind up in the hospital or insane asylum eventually being hypnotized, or when acting as a stripper/prostitute someone from your school might see you and black mail you into doing sexual acts, getting certain parasites and not getting rid of them quickly enough leading to body or mind changes, etc. It is a rather slow game with some statuses taking quite a while to get to and also finding some of the content can be rather difficult since there are so many different areas or paths to go down which can kinda make it feel grindy if you're searching for one specific thing, but those are the only complaints I can reasonably make, it really is a great game. kanade rogue, is pretty good mc sensitivity will increase as she gets touched etc, its a turn based game and kinda hard, maybe because its still in japanese and no english trans yet

first game is an old one it's called Ayura Crisis!

2d sidescroller which has small sections where you transform and have to try and escape (very simple though not gameplay oriented escape though just text :I) however if you beat the game you can run around each stage in these transformed states (only 2 but I think it's' worth mentioning)

it is the same genre (and awfully similar looking protagonist) but most mechanics are fabulously remade and there is about the same amount of content as Ayura Crisis! but is a lot more polished and decently difficult (if you choose the higher difficulties and don't use the cheesy transformation thingy) however this game punishes you massively for becoming corrupted which I absolutely love (however when you beat the game you can't wonder each stage in the transformed states :I) both are fantastic

not a big fan on LonaRPG the art style looks so gritty (it is very realistic and well done just not my taste) also the cum looks like piss but lumpy (ew doesn't make a girl look sexy with that all over her at least to me) I love the gameplay and if it wasn't a porn game I'd 100% play it just for the survival gameplay alone.

What kind of transformation, just increasing sex stats and femininity? Or something more interesting?
I see horns and tails but I doubt they'll get used, not that they're much of a transformation to begin with.
Looks short and abandoned to me, the 3D models are kind of a turn-off, and the porn is mostly just plain sex scenes?
Skimming through the reviews it seems heavily sex and romance focused, so ehhhh I don't think that's my cup of tea at all.

The protagonist is a female demon, perceived as second class by many in the projected society; people dislike demons because they easily corrupt towards depraved beings. Likewise, if you act upon your lewd instincts - make those choices for your protagonist - she also progress towards a more demon state, nyphomaniac, and lose what is left of your humanity - this is what could be perceived as levelling down.
The game wasn't short, just look at the walk through. If you know those, it's a bit like VIS major or Valliant warrior Astrid.
I appreciated the graphics at the time, but it has been what, maybe 5 years? The game is not with spawning enemies or so, that I recall, it's more of a progressive story, but not entirely a VN either.
