you did save and character before deleting the game, then in order for them to be in the new game, they had to be copied there.
If you made a save and character in the new game, then make sure that you did not make a mistake.
Saving the game is done only at home and the save file must contain the date and time of the save. If you simply click on save and do not wait for the save record to appear, then consider that you have not saved anything.

The save record did appear. I was even able to go out of the story and load the game after creating a character but when I turned the game off completely and tried playing it again a day later, I couldn't load anymore and the character's card was missing

If the save record has appeared, but when it is turned on again, it is not. This means either an error occurred during the save, most likely due to a lack of memory. Either the save was deleted by the user / antivirus, etc.
If the save appeared it can not just disappear. In any case, it should appear the next time you start the game.
The card also can not disappear by itself. With proper save the map remains. Check the game folder \ UserData \ chara \ female (male)
There you can, without turning on the game, watch the images of the characters

Just build a "male" character and rebuild the body, tag him/her then as such and then edit your main chara in your classroom-screen. Works fine with the current repack, no further mod needed.

This mode works the same way as H-scene for example. The problem of long loading is solved as well as similar situations in other cases (to reduce the load on the memory, change the settings ...) You can use the fixer, which is in the game folder.

The author repack, the torrent version and google drive do not have a password. Nopy was done by the topic moderator, so only he can answer for sure whether the password is there or not.
The main program for this type of archives is 7zip. But modern Winrar also unpacks without problems

Read the description of what you are downloading. Repack is a ready-made version of the game and does not provide for changes.
