For the key for the newest update it's in the lighthouse in the room with the cracked wall that you gotta break with a rock bomb. There's a patch of dry dirt that you can smash with your pickaxe.
The chest is in the bar in the patio area that is unlocked in this update.

Ah thanks bro. But the key I was looking for and I believe others are struggling to find is located on the old map. Again if youre missing one key, its the probably on the old map location all the way left in the park. Thanks anyways bro. I looked for that damn thing for an hour.
