No the Demon immediately dead ends. There's some MxM content, but not a lot, and non-femboi content frustratingly locked behind requirements that nobody seems to really know for certain.
I've kept this game to be watched purely because I knew MxM content did exist, and that it may have been worth delving into, but this was a LONG time ago already so to see this is really surprising. But not really because this is the expectation for MxM content that isn't the primary focus of a game. Gonna start looking into a name for this kind of occurrence like a trope or something since this is just that common enough that it oughta have a name for the phenomenon.
About ready to just pitch it, and hope for the best the next time I hear about it.
I'll be honest, the game is kind of a mess in terms of development. Not to talk about the quality, but the direction is all over the place.
It starts as maybe being spooky ghosts with your friends, and then you immediately ditch your friends and never see them again. It stays in spooky town for a bit, but then you're in a Greco-Roman temple, and then sword fighting a dragon woman on the beach, and then in a hi-tech space station with invader Aliens and developing artificial intelligence, and then you're a host to a female Venom, and sometime in the future there's going to be some fantasy elf village. Also there's just a clown wandering around clubbing people with a barbed wire bat.
It very much feels like a hodge podge of whatever fetish the creators are feeling at the moment. I can't help but notice that I've made literally zero progress to any of the starting goals. Even some very basic things, like one of the first things the ghost girl is point upwards and wants you to go there....and you still haven't been able to go wherever that is.
I'd say just come back in several years and maybe just enjoy random bits and bobs. There's zero indication whether anything in particular will be added.

In the Hologram room: Press the ">" button until you get to Sub level 1 Section 2 (it's after Sol). Hit the "Enter" button.
"Sector 38 Valve system. Do you wish to enable?". If you select "Yes", that's it. There's NO password
It doesn't do you any good though. Shutting off the valve opens up the second hallway but you literally cannot progress

If you're talking about the computer in the server room, you don't access it until you've progressed with the Astra stuff and Leo's is already awake. I don't remember there to be a password. If there is one, you're best bet is to ask Leo or Astra about it

This is what it looks like for me, acter selecting Access Terminal. This is from several months back, so I don't recall the fine details for accessing this terminal. I think you're best bet is to ask Leo

That's why I'm telling you to progress the Leo side quest more before trying to access the terminal
