Play the game first and immediately make a new save game. Exit the game, and copy the exported saves game that you get from playing online, to the directory that I said earlier reply to you.

The user Library folder is hidden... Check

how to view it on Finder.While there are some girls you can get outside on the main cast it is primarily about incest yes.
That said, the dev has put a fair amount of effort into the non-incest patreon scripts so if incest isn't your thing you might consider checking out this alternate version.
Here's a link to the file you'll need to do convert it. Just drop it in the /game/ folder.
