Okay friends y'all owe me a beer for this but I went through it again. I think the new update fixes a small handful of the English and leaves most of it broken as the initial release.
There is NTR molestation now, it's optional and you have to choose it twice. You'd have to be functionally brain dead to pick it by accident.

This is the most awfull translation i have ever seen, it's a pain in the ass to try to understand what's going on. And if it was not enough the writing is bad with a story that makes no sense.
