While the game has amazing renders and the story is written nicely I can't help but feel disappointed by the amount of emotional baggage all these girls carry. For me, it feels that the dev compensated for the amount of emotional baggage by making all girls a 10s body and look wise. Anyone who had a relationship with such troubled individuals can tell you thousands of tales of how it is very damaging to the partner mentally and physically and will always end in an explosive breakup. I hope this does not turn into another WVM, where the girls cannot survive without the MC and depend on his emotional presence and support like toddlers looking for validation from their parents. Can we not have a normal girl, who did not have a ~troubled past~ and who is secure about herself? Or does all girls have to have the emotional maturity of 5-year-olds?

Same here. Initially this game seemed to be a about a dude going to college and meeting some freaky chicks. So freaky that they practically had him giving a sex show a few moments after they met him. Now it looks like every single girl decided to unload a crapload of emotional baggage to the sex servant-turned white kinght dude they barely know. So he can proceed solving them for some reason, like he has nothing more important to do. That's a massive shift in tone from first release.

It gave me the exact same vibe as what you mentioned and since I consider that type of game to be an aboslute cringefest, it's certainly not encouraging. Having some emotional bonding with a character is good, if written well. Having emotional bonding with an army of chicks clamoring to have you as their knight in shining armor, when they barely even know you, is just ridiculous.

Maybe I'm way off here, but it feels to me like this is the whole point of this academy/game? Jenny, the emotionally scarred adopted rich girl with massive survivor guilt, trying to build an environment to heal and nurture those with similar scars. I'm sure there are normal students around the academy as well, but they are not in focus of the story so you barely see them. Don't forget that virtually everyone you interacted with until now is part of Jenny's problem-child-program. Heck, I bet even the teacher and receptionist are only there because of her.

Okay, MC got his dick sucked in the beginning of the game, so that now means that the characters involved in that aren't supposed to have a meaningful storyline? Honestly, I didn't feel a big shift at all while playing, the first episode already hinted at some shit going down with the LIs. Limiting MC's role to just a "white knight" who these girls lean on is pretty off base, seeing as how none of them have even mentioned to the dude about their personal issues yet

I agree with your point though, I find the entire idea that we are supposed to believe that there's some deep emotional connection between the characters when they've known each other for such a short amount of time ridiculous. It's a common problem when it comes to most lewd games but especially harem ones.

College settings are one of the few that actually fit the fuckboy type MC most porn games have (if you want to get the most scenes out of them). Because it's believable that a lot of casual hooking up is happening in a place full of horny young adults who just want to fuck, no strings attached. Imo the only way to include some emotional bonding in that setting, is slowly and having the MC pick the character he had the most connection with, near the end. Which is practically what happens irl too, with many "social butterflies" eventually settling in a commited relationship after a time of debauchery.

Yeah, I am also not a fan of most harem games. We shall see how the next couple of updates go for this one if I will continue to play it. Renders are mostly well done but if I end up rolling my eyes too much then I am out. At this point I am just looking for well written stories over anything else.

As you said the college setting is perfect for the "fuck em all" games (though there aren't any I can recall that have a female protag fucking around the campus - someone should do that). It's the harem part that is usually a problem, most people that age aren't ready to be in a committed relationship, especially one where the guy they are with gets to fuck whoever he wants.

When the college student MC is a portrayed as shy and inexperienced but then gets every girl to drop her panties for him is when I find the entire thing falls apart. I suppose if all I cared about was seeing hot renders and animations I wouldn't care about deep emotional connections or having some internal logic but if all I want is to see women naked or being fucked there are porn sites for that.

There's a fair bit of new content since it is now past the prologue (good part of Chapter 1), however it is a beta so there is stuff missing as stated in the changelog of OP.

As of now, New Galleries from chapter 1 are not added.
Expect bugs and other minor issues.
Naturally, a beta version will be inferior to the full release version. If you're expecting the best version possible for the next chapter, you should skip playing this one.

Since you stated you have a data limit then I recommend waiting til the full appears.

I agree with you that the way the game is structured is not the same as a "normal" harem game. But the dev was the one that created the thread and tagged it so he probably intends on making it possible to end up with all the girls. I guess we have to wait and see.
