I come back every once in a while hoping for some news that the Dev gave a glimmer of hope for this project. But everything still dead and will likely remain that way forever. Such a shame because this game was a banger. Was so excited when a new update dropped. One of the adult games you can properly enjoy just for the story alone...The porn aspect being a side bonus. If you're an optimist then, yes. It's a great game, and whatever the issue the dev had, if it gets resolved we might get another episode, and the rest of the game. If you just want something completed to jerk off to, then there are plenty other short games.

It has some of the best looking girls out of any game on here IMO.
If you are after a game with lots of lewd content, this might not be the game for you. Not that there isn't any, it's just not as much as games where that is the main focus.
I would say no. The game itself is worth it, the content and story and renders are great. But I cant really expect anyone to enjoy it knowing its going to end and never continue. You will get no closure and it will take away from the experience of playing a good game way too much. To make things worse, the next update was basically done and on the verge of release before the dev nuked everything. Maybe just follow the thread in case he comes back but I dont recommend you get invested in a game that will never have a pay off.

It's also worth pointing out that despite the rumors going on, there is nothing substantive or tangible to go off of. He just disappeared.
The only thing that might be halfway legitimate is a former moderator of the dev's discord saying that he's been in contact with TLG and that TLG hopes to come back, but there's no way of verifying whether that former moderator is just full of shit. The former mod has also not posted in close to a month. I doubt that TLG is coming back.

I don't think there was any way to even confirm that was actually a former mod, but if they were -- as you said -- nothing has come of it.
This might be a legitimate question, not necessary COVID, there thousands of illness out there, heck even some heavy accident can be devastating... but it does not have to be the end of a life, if one gets sick enough to be cold out for a few weeks or even months, suddenly disappearing can happen

He didn't suddenly stop appearing, he removed himself from the space. He shut down his patreon and other payment accounts and other things to announce his disappearance. That's why the abandon tag was added so fast -- From the first sign of his AWOL to the abandon tag was less than 24 hours.

did he just make all of this 'great rendering and story' to get money and then disappear or there is another reason guys?? and for those who asking play it or not just DO NOT, it's a dismal experience as a story, but i like things like that, and for no reason, they were 'abandoned'.

We know that tlg worked on ch. 6 because of the sneak peeks he shared with his patrons, but the day the update was meant to drop he deleted his patron page and all his social media accounts.

According to the grapevine, the developer may have come from China and been targeted by local regulatory authorities. Pornographic games in the local area are illegal, so he deleted all information to evade regulation

Una teoria que tengo es que podria ser que TLG, accidentalmente elimino todo lo que tenía, perdió toda la información de su proyecto que le afecto mucho y que seguro pensó que todos lo atacarían por eso, y por ese pensamiento seguro perdió la motivación e hizo que eliminará toda forma de contactar con el para escapar del hate que podría recibir, nose es solo una teoría que se me ocurrió viendo todo lo que sucedió , pero hablando en serio, cuando me enteré que a.o.a academy fue abandonado estube llorando toda la noche sabiendo que no volvería a ver a mi amada Valery , me entró una gran tristeza y estuve una semana así destrozado y me costó superarlo, pero una parte de mi aún no pierde la esperanza de que algún día el creador regrese y termine este proyecto que de verdad me encantó mucho por el romance y no por la parte erótica aunque si me gustaba porque había amor en esas escenas , aunque aún lo sigo jugando solo para ver otra vez a mi amada Valery, pero si me pone triste cuando veo el final
