imo,
[1st big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
[2nd big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
[2nd lesbian sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
means from p.d. 13 to p.d. 16 (at worse nothing during p.d. 13 - 14 - 15 and all during p.d. 16)
and then I say to myself '2nd lesbian sex scene' ?

Oh Wait it actually can be the MUSEUM Guys which makes the most scene since they are a one off without any relationship. That would make my prediction true

Only you know that an important character can be anyone, not necessarily Sophia
It'll be Sam or Aiden. Dylan doesn't appear on Day 16.

he said in the next 4 days and when this goes from day 12 it can be anywhere. between 12 and 16. And we will have 2 Hetro sex scenes until day 16

I'm going by this:
PD 16 - Day 23 - Monday
[1st big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
[2nd big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
[2nd lesbian sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days]
- there are "several Ellie's events spread out over the day" (aka Ellie's day) and the return of the sauna guys Tyler and Logan
- "Dylan/Ellie storyline will highly likely already have its culmination on playable day 16 " (source)
- not clear if this means there will be an event (see no Dylan's events below) or the story will be already over. In the latter case their event/sex scene *could* be before PD16, atm PD13 is the only one having an event.
- Ellie route would split into 3 routes and would involve Logan/Sophia and Ellie (source, source form L&P, spoiler #2)
- "Dylan/Ellie storyline will highly likely already have its culmination on playable day 16 " (source)
- She usually does not teach on Mondays,
but after what happened in v0.161 she will meet Aiden and they are going to have a "have a 'private chat' on Monday at school" .but in v0.170 she has been called in by Principal Johnson as substitute teacher on Monday (as it was anticipated ). Then the task will be revealed right before class (source). - "Something definitely really "wild" what is not with the husband [...] and it will be something no one will definitely expect at the moment!" as per L&P quote. Also "... there will be a very hot and big hetero scene.'" (source)

- this could be in contrast with the end of Dylan/Ellie (see above) in case there is an event

i asked about this and someone said he said that on day 12 So everything can happen until Day 16.

Those are verbatim quotes from L&P message and mark the "deadlines" for the events. It doesn't necessarily means that it happens that day, it could happen before.
Obviously and as usual the formulation is purposely ambiguous to avoid giving away too much, like the "with an important character" part, which apparently means "an important character will have a sex scene" instead of "Sophia have a sex scene with an important character" as his original message let (misleadingly) intend.
We try to make the most with the little we get

Dylan/Sophia won't be on PD16,not Dylan with some other cgharacter.
The dev told us not all sex scene will be with Sophia.Also some will be with Ellie and Dylan.
Obviously Dylan can be only in one of the 2 hetero sex scene.Probably Dylan/Emma or Dylan/Marie on PD16.
The important characters are 4-Ellie,Dylan,Patricia and Sam.
You can forget about Aiden.
Probably the sex scenes will be something like this
PD15-Patricia/Sophia
PD16-Ellie/Julia,Ellie/Logan and Dylan/Emma or Dylan/Marie
PD17-Sophia/Nathalie
PD19-Sophia/Ellie or Sophia/Alyssa

No way for hetero sex scene on PD13 or PD14.We know for sure the first lesbian scene will be before first hetero sex scene.
And the first lesbian sex scene is on PD15.
PD15 is one big only girls scene+a small unknown scene.
