Ooooh, Blazing Aries is actually really good I'm currently in the middle of their second game. Black Souls series is great for people who kinda want that DS experience with some H added in, same with Heart of Darkness. It's weird I have so much fun with BigWednesday's fishing themed game. Much as I like Inusuku's works....Sister Travel is the one I have the least amount of praise for. False Myth is really good too.

Are you misunderstanding something? By "full-color" CG, it only means during H-Scenes & illustrations, not the sprites/portrait. The earliest CG in the game is during when you used a chair to reach and open a box at Homura section intro scene. If you already changed it, and it's still in pixel during that part, then you should redownload the game or something.
So if I want NTR scenes with a girl, I should pick her as one of my partners, and whoever I want to NTR her as my other partner? And the other party just does their own thing?
Let's say your party consists of Homura, Mia and Yachika. If you wanna netori Mia you must make Mia and Yachika a couple by letting them sleep together. I highly recommend picking Mia as your first companion (the first companion has more interactions to increase your affection which you need in order to netori Mia from Yachika) be nice to her but just pick keep guard during the bedroom scenes. At the end of the game the third party member will be kept hostage by tentacles. If you have enough affection points at that point of the game you can talk to your second party (which should be Mia) and force her to come with you (if you can't make her it's because you don't have enough affection points), then the NTR scene will happen in the last bed.
