Afaik you don't have to change anything. Just play the new version and it'll detect your save

the footjob already exist in previous version, i think v1.2 added doggy style for AI and Ray

Just looking at the screenshots this kinda looks like one of those games where the H content is all separate from the game play content, is that what this is?
